This movie is one of my all time favorites. I can definitely see why most of these scenes were deleted. The one about Cookies having hundreds of boyfriends and Jerry having two left feet though is in the movie.
Eugene Levy is so sweet and touching in his scene as such a sincere men's wear salesman. To be able to inspire both humor and pathos at the same time is real talent and depth. Of course, the writing is there. (Is it his, or Guest's, or both?) But he gives those words their full depth of feeling.
I first adored Eugene Levy as a kid when I saw him Cheaper by the Dozen 2. He is such a treasure and I wonder how many people wanted him as a cool uncle lol.
@@ericluriergo8251They are probably part of a different generation. They first saw him in "Cheaper by the Dozen." That was their experience. Letting them know about SCTV, and even recommending clips can share that part of his career with them. Someone's experience being different from our own is not cause for judgment. Simply sharing one's own experience after listening to the other person's, is us learning things about them, and maybe things we didn't know in general. Then they can learn things that they didn't know about as well
No way! I was thinking about that book the other day in the shower. Only part I remember was the dad explaining the most efficient washing method. Levy would kill doing that scene lol. I didn't know there was a movie let alone a sequel
I've loved this movie for decades, and I have the DVD, so I've probably seen these deleted scenes before but it's still hilarious and brings to mind so many other classic scenes.
Improv classes should be part of the school system. Improv classes, and speaking infront of a class. Should be required from grade one on. This way eventually kids will have no problem speaking infront of an audience. And being able to do improv would come in handy in many situations, and it gets one out of their shell/ comfort zone. And you eventually learn to roll with it. Fascinating.
Wow… I’ve seen this movie at least a 100 times, but in the final cut, Jerry is a dentist. This clothing store salesman must have been an idea that never made it into the script. Funny though.
Canadians are some of the best entertainers. I was surprised by the number of my favorite Actors who are Canadians! I have had such a new appreciation for them since most of Hollywood apparently feels they need to follow some sort of “woke” list of acceptance! It’s stupid! Hone your craft and be grateful for your talent! We don’t pick you for anything else. Although I do appreciate much about Canada, I am very grateful to be an American 🇺🇸 even though it isn’t the America I grew up knowing and believing in.

People are just now saying Catherine is a legend… she was ALWAYS to a lot of us! This movie is a masterpiece.
All of Reiners "documentaries" are great.
Catherine O'Hara lights my fire!
Hell of an actress!
Hairy knees! :-)
Way out of Eugene's league.. and he knows it, lol
I went on a first date to watch this movie at theaters, we laughed so hard.. turned out to be great time
I woke up, I was so glad
Uncredited Robin Duke. She was on SCTV, SNL, and Schitts Creek.
“100’s,I did not know that.” Eugene Levy’s facial expressions are perfect.
tell stories that end🤣
What an outstanding movie.
Quality everywhere.
"i'm no orthopedic surgeon, but this man is!" points in the wrong direction
😂
This is comedy gold.
An extra pant leg. Brilliant. 🤣
@Magjmcd - I know!!!! HYSTERICAL!!!!
I love watching Gene's heart sink as she lists his flaws.
"Men who tell stories that end...." that one got me! 🤣
Like another scene where she said she had 100's of boyfriends....

You say Eugene Levy & deleted scenes & you get a like before the first laugh!
His overbite is brilliant!
Ponce de Leon Jr. High ... that's some good stuff Gene.
I like to think that Cookie and I work as a team, although I do nothing.
"You've got moves better than our dog." What a compliment. I love it.
I lost it when he said they offered a 2 1/2 pant sale “with an extra pant leg” 😂😂
I love the throw back to Planes, Trains, & Automobiles with the Talman’s Big & Tall clothing store reference!!

How about SCTV?? Wow!! You’re really late!!

Oh shit love the show and I loved watching all six seasons of Schitt’s Creek in one day. Great duo here in comedy.
Idk why but Ponce De Leon Jr. High makes me crack up everytime 😂😂😂
I was waiting for her to sing DEOOOOO! Lol

It's fascinating to see the early years of the marriage between Johnny and Moira Rose.
The guy trying on the suit is my boys trying on clothes. But when I do this…..? So don’t do that. When do you ever do that? Nobody does that!
Fleck pooper scooper 😂😂😂😂😂😂 The left left designed shoes - “take it from a doctor these shoes are really different” 😂😂😂😂😂😂 brilliant show!
"Better Dressed Adam." Sounds like a great name for a clothing line!
I went with my dog show friends. We consider it a documentary.
legends
The "shoe doctor" is my wonderful friend Ira Miller. RIP
"I woke up. I was so glad."
Absolutely hilarious just like the movie.
"Hundreds."😂😂😂😂😂
Moves better than winky, I think. 😂
We need director cuts of these movies.
The movies are pretty much director cuts since it's an improvised movie. Mr. Guest is the one who decides what bits remain.
I love that the Flecks did their interview in a Payless Shoe store, lol…
I was considered by “some”

As a girl who grew up on the dog show circuit, this movie was hilarious because it was accurate!
Im dead ! Lol I went to a junior's orom and he looked like Gerry ( no crossed eyes). Art imitating life .
Thx for uploading this😆

No, he's a dentist in Waiting For Guffman.
This is great!
Not all deleted scenes some are in the movie
Maybe I'm going blind, but Catherine O'Hara was kind of a would in this movie.
Vote 💙
A most see movie Best In Show!
