Truly the last of the old school artists who paid their dues..start out in a garage, play a ton of live gigs, practise, practise, practise, get a fan base and *then* sign a record contract...and keep working your a*se off. Gwen wrote 3 top albums before the vultures of the industry came for her, but she has stayed true to herself. But there wouldn’t be a No Doubt or a Gwen today..it’s just not the way the industry rolls anymore.
I’ve always loved this one live. I have had this recording on file for a long time, I haven’t heard it in years. I feel like yours is more clear! It’s so wonderful to hear (again and at all).
