  • Marquez Will SURPRISE Everyone This Year...Marc Marquez said "Until 2020 my career was a bed or roses, now I have experienced the other side of the coin” . After winning the 2010 125cc World Championship, then in 2012 lifting the Moto2 World Championship, Marc Marquez had immediately begun contending for the MotoGP title. He finally achieved his goal in his debut year all the way to 2019. It was a smooth ride for Marquez with no major complications until the events of 2020 when he had that nasty accident that left him out of contention for quite a while.
Marquez was involved in an accident at his first race in the season of 2020, leaving him severely injured. So much so that he had to undergo surgery four times. His last operation was a couple of months ago and he currently appears to be back to his competitive nature especially after he previously made it to the podium at Phillip Island added on with the three times he completed in the top seven at Motegi, Burian and Sepang. Marquez Will SURPRISE Everyone This Year...
From one of his recent interviews, Marc Marquez: Let's Be CLEAR - I Want The TITLE This Year. It will be a great challenge since until 2020 his career had been idyllic, “a bed of roses” as he viewed it, though today he has experienced the other side of the coin through the injuries he has faced since 2020 which has made things very difficult for him, but he is preparing himself as best as he can to reach his best potential and join the fight for the championship.
Marquez Will SURPRISE Everyone This Year...and thinks that he and Honda have a lot of work to do especially since the disappointing test results at Valencia, but believes that only Honda can turn things around.
Marc Marquez: Let's Be CLEAR - I Want The TITLE This Year. has never been that much concerned about being popular among his peers especially with his insatiable thirst for success in his own words, “As a rider on the track, I am a bastard!”. He is not extraordinary in that respect with his no prisoners habit which has landed him six world championship titles. He left everyone very surprised after he announced he would be undergoing his 4th operation on his right arm that is ever suffering. He received spectacular support from a succession of riders at the Mugello slow down lap, something he would have never imagined, but even so, Marquez Will SURPRISE Everyone This Year...

You are correct ... Marquez is SO good the bike can be the worst bike in motogp and he still pulls off a win (the rcv213 has been the worst bike in motogp his whole career) The question is can his body hold up to all the crashes from Marquez having to ride the bike way beyond its limits to be competitive . I still think he will win a couple races this year reguardless that the honda is by far the worst bike in motogp

Marc Marquez has a very good chance on winning you can ride any bike the tune in every race he'll be back in contention everybody's a critic if you're not out there racing and you should not say anything and like that you can fall in the street break a leg or arm and then you'd really complain these guys are racers they should have more respect than even the commentators that's probably never even rode a motorcycle leave the matter alone let's see what he can do this year look how Fabio and Mark take that turn and the corner is no one else can and the other one I doubt anything's possible can take a spill like that four operations and want to come back and race that's die hard racer I salute you MM93🏁

btw all .. This guy looks to be an actual motogp fan ... Not like motogp news / motogp updates . Problem with Honda is weak engineering . They worked on the previous rcv213 it got worse every year and it was worst bike on the grid for a decade . When KTM pouched honda engineers in 2017 . They ended up being incompitent and KTM had to fire them lol. Then the fired engineers went back to honda ? Source Simon crafar motogp mac podcast you tube

Never miss a race jake88ci. Stoner won for Honda on the RC212V in 2011, then Marquez won 6 on the Honda RC213V. After that it's anybody's guess what happened to Honda...but for those past 10+ years they were lucky they signed the two of the best, or I don't think they'd have won a lot without them.

He's up against it...with an injury like his its very difficult to be as ferocious as he used to be because he knows that if he falls off his arm is fckt again and that is always going to be in the back of his mind no matter who he is. He's already blaming the bike and they haven't even raced yet. Just my opinion. Feel free to disagree

Mark can do it as a rider
But no, he can't do it in terms of the motorcycle he has,
Honda, with all the advantages and knowledge it has, cannot be as creative and with a collection of data as Ducati.
Honda, which used to be a leader and inventor, today follows and copies the competitors.
Mark, as a rider, is a super rider who can easily get 2-3 more titles if he has the right motorcycle.
There is no rider on the track with the experience and consistency that Mark has and with all due respect to the younger generation who can only challenge Mark, they lack the race management ability and human knowledge of Mark.

    • @motoplusgp
      @motoplusgp  Год назад +1

Well said! If Honda don't get their bike sorted, then Marc's wasting his time there. Yes, they looked after him through his injuries, but you know the old saying "kill you with kindness" only lasts so long. I believe this year will tell the tail for Marc.
He's a talent the likes we've never seen and a switch to either Ducati or Yamaha is what he needs. Thanks for your comment. 🏍️👍

@@motoplusgp I think they don't even take the corona into account,
While Europe returned to normal, the East was still under the restrictions of the Corona,
While Itala passed the crisis and the virus, there was still a shutdown in Japan and although Honda has the racing department in Spain HRC, there is still a lot of information that did not come from Japan and probably did not contribute to the progress of the development.
In addition, instead of Honda bringing talent and a new, young rider from MOTO2 (as it did with Alex Marquez only that he was a default due to Lorenzo's retirement and he was also affected this year when the Corona crisis started) it is looking for riders who need to learn the tool that was designed and built according to Marc's ability for years.
No one can do that and remember what Krall (35) said that he and Mark rode the same motorcycle but not the same result and there are things only Mark can do.

    • @davidelmishli3794

@@georgiossermpos8398 I don't think there are many riders with nerves of steel who can be calm behind a 6-time world and car champion who also beat the biggest and best like Valentino, Lorenzo, Dovizioso, Pedrosa and more...
And he didn't win by chance because they weren't good that day, but he won time after time...
And even if he didn't win, he is less than a second behind them at the finish line...
This is something that none of the younger generation has yet experienced, that behind you is a living legend who is still kicking with all his might...
Look at the 2013 races against Valentino, except for the end of Fabio's rookie season there has never been such a rider in the history of racing.
And we have to admit, Mark raised the level of racing as Valentino did and as Duhan did...
Maybe in a few years we will see someone in this capacity again
