I don't understand how you "only" have 50k views on videos like this. You're one of the best EDM tutors I have found so far and one of the few ones that don't only use loops and presets. Should be 10 times as many views, but I'm sure that's only a matter of time :) Keep up the great work, Yalcin! Love from Germany.
Very nice, man. Every time I try to make "techno" I end up with something like the beginner track, haha. Adding too many leads, pads, melodies... starts to sound like trance/progressive again. But then many good techno tracks also can have these and my brain is like "how?!" This is really helpful.
best advice I learned for producing techno is that techno is not "music", it is "rhythmic noise" if you feel for the same kind of techno that I do, you know why this helps
Dude, seriously you're a legend! I'm so grateful for the videos you are making. You're doing the community a massive favour. I'm grateful for that. Would you be interested in doing a Q&A from your fans?
You're not even exaggerating about the beginner level mate, I've done ALL that. Lol I moved from many years of psytrance production and flirted with this style too. It sounded just as messy as you show. Great channel, great tips mate. Pure class.

Recently stumbled across your channel and I am super impressed! Amazing work, the Adam Beyer level track is brilliant mate. Keep it up, I'm sure everybody is learning a lot from you!
The tip at 20:30 (or so) is very helpful. And I liked also the layer to get the side information separate from the mid. I have done something similar but not exactly what you show. Great! Thanks!

Also, if its not too much to ask, is there any chance you could time stamp your older videos specifically the tale of us one as it would benefit not just me but the majority that are searching 'tale of us ableton tutorial' thank you & goodbye
Hello Friends, first thanks for your videos, very intresting. I do Have issue if you have 2 min. I just baught a new PC for music production, AMD Ryzen7 2700 on an MSI B450 A-PRO MAX and i havev issue with ableton and the sound start to clipping after a random time of use, but it does that with my sound card and even with the directx sound card, even with one track use in ableton 10, so it is not the CPU overload because I'm at 2 %, I brought my computer to a computer technician shop to see where was the issue but they found nothings.... I guees it is the hardware somehow that make it crash..... even the CPU or the Motherboard... I really don't know. So my question is what is the hardware that you are using for production please? Because I might change if I can resolve my issue.... Thanks for your time
Yalchin your videos are just amazing!!! thank you very much for sharing this knowledge. I don't have SERUM and much of the staff you show heavily relies on plugins, is it absolute must to have that plugin, or I can do more or less same thing with Ableton default instruments and free samples?

@@Alice-Efe To be perfectly clear .. @@keithlane4705 Adam Beyer was good, he isn't anymore. He was until 2000 and something else. He then sold himself to more "friendly" styles of music, far from the "proper" techno. Producing nice, neat and surgical jaaa (Surgeon this man if he is on another level) is not enough to say that he makes good music. There must be more tutorials on composition techniques in techno especially, addictive hooks, more videos on polymetry, on Euclidean Rhythms taken to synths and linebass, etc.
@@andres.giacomini A change for sure, it's more refined, less raw. I like both. Though I kind of agree on the Euclidean, what danger that represents is your going down a road that Trance has taken, Trance has gone very vocal in the breaks and musicalaty has increased, and the average DJ can't cope .. so you get very dull mixing .. no double drops .. start doing that in techno via Euclidean rythems .. DJ's will go the same way. Youl end up with boring mix's that arn't creating very much new out of the tracks they are playing.
