So this week, I'm joined by JP, one of our incredible Customer Support Associates, to share some pearls of wisdom that you might find helpful along your BLE journey.

I love so many things that I heard in the interview with JP Schiller and SPT. I have been eating the BLE way for 4 months. I love it. This way of life is working. One thing that encouraged me was to keep it simple. This has been what I have adopted. There are about 3 different breakfast meals that I rotate, 95% of the time for lunch I eat hummus, fresh vegetables, shredded cheese and an apple or an orange. The dinner meals are a little more varied but nothing fancy; just a protein thrown into a big salad. I have the BLE recipe book but have not made any of the recipes yet. This is just me but I was so afraid of messing up my bright lines for the day it was just less stressful to keep it simple. For me BLE is a fresh new way to eat. I am not interested in learning how to make a pizza using riced cauliflower for the crust and trying to figure out compliant toppings. You could say making moc recipes of the foods I used to eat is a trigger. All I can think about is having the NMF version. Before l started this way of eating I never thought I could give up sugar and flour however, to my surprise, it has been very easy. This is a forever thing for me. Don’t knock BLE until you try it! This guy's so cool, and he seems so real and so innately... candidly, openly, compassionate. He must have been very committed to the program at the beginning, unmoved that it might not work, or that it may fail. He took it to heart. He recognized the value of the program to himself. I salute him. I was fascinated, listening to the unfolding, in its entirety, in one sitting, of just how he did it! And his lessons are invaluable, realistic and do-able. His testimony will calm fears and doubts, and to those still on the diving board's edge. His voice (tone, modulation) and personality (appearance) remind me so much of the underestimated, eminently genius of a likeable guy called Radar (of M*A*S*H series), Gary Burghoff. And he's nailed it! Kudos to this great BLer. May his sucess - goal weight and maintenance - continue always.

This is great! I’ll be starting Nov 8th. I did keto for about 8 months...so no flour and sugar, no biggie...But 2tlbs of fat a day will be the challenge! Love veggies so I’m feelin this will be not so difficult. I don’t want to think about food either. Love the simplicity of this. Just created my folder. Got the scales...getting ready to lose 60lbs. And have freedom from food! Woowoo! I’m a 7 on the scale. So you all have support groups?! Wow. That would be really great!
