I’ve been trying so hard to get this chord right, then i suddenly realised…… why can’t you just use your first and second finger to hold down the notes instead of barring, then play the G string with your third?
I feel so clever right now.i made alil riff earlier and I was sure I was playing a dm7 except on was playing it barred from the a string and it sounds lovely with the same shape on the 10th fret I'm not certain what chord it is but taking away that added 7th I believe *probably taking crap*sounds jazzy.
I'm frustrated because I can't press the b and e string properly. It just sounds so bad that I get frustrated and angry. My finger already hurts. How do I make it sound better? I'm desperate.
I also find this a very difficult chord as the strings used are thin and played right up at the first position where they are tough to press down. Try using lighter gauge strings and make sure your guitar is set up with a low action to make it easier to play . Make sure your thumb is in the middle of the neck and your elbow tucked into your side. Also calluses do build up if you play regularly and it will then become easier.
My second finger keeps on touching the B string
my high e string always mutes when i add my 2 finger
When I’m strumming the last chord it won’t make the right sound what am I doing wrong can someone please help me . I’m talking about the lower e chord
this was really helpful, thank you!
Are you sure those notes are playable??? I pressed so hard on the bar I heard a cracking sound in my guitar... What am I doing wrong?
I have large and short finger .so should i lean my finger to do that?
Only do what's comfortable. Everyone's hands are different and you have to be careful not to do anything that will hurt your hand. Thanks! -Chad
@@Moveforwardguitar i found a way that is Letting thumb down, compared to original form .can it be one of the ways?
Excellent E-guide. Thank you.

Keep playing, once you play more your calluses would build up and your fingers won’t hurt as much

Use 3 fingers
Just press them like your pointing finger(nail) is facing a bit to left side while holding the guitar
My problem is that i keep muting the b string with my middle finger thats pressing down on the g string
I hope that shall be of my help.😆
