At the beginning you say 'you should avoid plastic frames' and at the end you say 'another good choice is to choose a plastic frame'? I'm confused, especially with the beginning!
Great catch! I mispoke! It's "Plastic lens" like standard CR-39 lens or Polycabonate lens. I would redo this one.
Can someone name the lense he showed?
Plastic frames are fine with high index lenses.

If you're talking about myopia then ig LASIK surgery is gud option but its kinda expensive, so save a bit and get surgery😊hope it helps budd
