Amazing!!! Apprentiships in STEM are so important as there is a huge lack of skills. So to be able to get learning on the job is a win win and something I have encouraged many of my students to pursue. The world is changing rapidly and gettin an understanding of the day to day workplace early on is so important for young people if they are to build their confidence and survice in what is an ever chaning and more digital world. Keep up the great work. I would love to be a part of this helping young people.
