- Josh 'Ratboy' Bryceland rides this Santa Cruz V10. Neil took a look at the bike and caught up with the man himself at the Fort William world cup.

Bryceland rides a full carbon V10. Bars are 800mm wide and provided by ENVE. As are the wheels, which have a semi-aero profile; good for the faster courses.
Forks and shock are both provided by Fox.
Pro touches include the blue titanium bolts throughout, the longer stem to counter act understeer, and a custom Chris King head set. The grub screws on the Crank Brothers Mallet pedals are wound right back in. The saddle is a custom WTB.

£u¢K! That's a nice bike. I really like his explanation of the use of the 60mm stem. Makes sense. Now I think I know why I at times feel a little unstable on my 29er in corners besides the inherent attributes of a 29" compared to a typical 26". This just might help plant me a bit more.

Great video. Just got a new bike (trek remedy 7) I'm wondering how to get More speed on the Dow hill and I've already felt the difference I just don't want not to be using the bike to my potential or the bike

im looking for an all mountain trail bike. does any one have any suggestions for a reasonably cheap bike and what travel do you think i should go with.
where and what do you ride? Specialized stumpjumper would be a good choice, best all around bike in my opinion, i take it on long xc days and also laps at the bike park and race enduro and i have always been pleased with it

Craig Stewart Most downhillers use road blocks because they don't need the low gearing of an XT/ XTR.

Trushal Patel Yeah 3kg is a "little bit" light.
There is a very neat trick tho, but don't tell this to anyone. There is this site called google, and if you type in Santa Cruz V10 weight you can actually find out how much the bike weighs! It's like magic! But shhhh this is a secret.
