Central Market used to be an old market. Now is known as Pasar Seni or Art Market if translated to English.
The walk paths in KL has improved significantly over the years, and it's now a very walkable city. It's time for you to visit Genting Highlands, the city in the clouds!😂
The Ramly burger patty has different thicknesses, namely grade A, B or C. Usually seller at stalls like to use the thin grade C Ramly burger patty because of the cheap price and it lacks flavor compared to the thicker and juicier A grade Ramly burger patty.
The original Ramly burger at 1980 only have bun, patty, onion, tomatoes, cucumber and sauce.
River of life is flowing from two different rivers and also different locations into one river that always has visitors even at night.😃
River of life is the point of two major river in Malaysia met in the centre of the Kuala Lumpur. It came to life at night with beautiful lighting and dance show. The show happened between 9pm to 10pm, every 15 minutes. It's beautiful around Dataran Merdeka at night.

16:25 the meeting of two rivers Klang river and Gombak river was the place where Kuala Lumpur got its name.. Kuala - River mouth/confluence/ estuary and Lumpur - muddy. 😅
The River of Life can be an interesting visit during scheduled show times. There is an ancient building between the rivers of life for those who perform daily prayers and for many Muslim travelers who share the same faith.
You can visit river of life and merdeka square at night. Its much more interesting with the colorful lightings 😊

16:00 min Kuala Lumpur means "muddy confluence" in Malay; Kuala is the point where two rivers join, and lumpur means "mud". Where you stand is the "epicenter" of KL 👀
I do like ramly burger.. The patty is cheap and prepacked already and not homemade.. We malaysian do like a bit of spiciness so chili sauce is the way to go.. They put tons of sauces on them haha.. Ask for tiny sauce if u don't like messy..😊

Rivers of life is where Kuala Lumpur got its name from.
Kuala = river mouth
Lumpur = mud
Literally kuala lumpur means muddy confluence. This was like the point where it all began for KL. The tin miners landed there as they arrived from downstream.
Petaling street and central market used to be the city centre before KL started to expand big and wide. Now, KLCC is the new city centre - of course.
The event where you got a hot dog was set as promotional for small entrepreneurs.
Central market used to be wet market until late 80s/early 90s when it was totally deserted. The government and city municipal decided to rebrand to what it is today instead for what historic value the building represents.

Man, my appetite on ramly burger is back after years when I see this vide. I tried Ramly burger after lockdown 3 yrs ago. Despite beef or chicken Ramly burger, I on the other hand love hash brown Ramly Burger (it's not easily available here unless you create it yourself as I did before).

The building at the fork of the river is the Masjid Jamek (Main mosque) it was the main mosque for Kuala Lumpur before they built the Masjid Negara (National Mosque). The Masjid Jamek is still very active.
The spot you're standing at the river of life is where Kuala Lumpur got its name.
If you want the real taste of beef burger, there are a lot of homemade beef burger out there in kl city. Some of the ramly burger stall also have a homemade beef burger. But the instant process ramly beef is definitely the most popular one compare to other brand.
interestingly...when i was a kid and i eat ramly burger, i thought that inside contain apple slices, but it is actually the seasoning and sauces that make the cucumber slices taste like apple slices.
fun fact. the river of life is the where kuala lumpur got its name and where kuala lumpur starts. appart from the 2 river joining together and at night, it will have light.

A bit history about river of life, it's how we got the name of kuala lumpur or before they call it kuala berlumpur. It's a main mining river in kl. 1 side of river mining by chinese and another side mining by indian muslim and they lived by river banks. The mosque build for Indian muslim praying there. The mosque it self more then 150yrs building.
"Whatever that building is" near the river of life is a Mosque. You can easily tell from its dome.

Totally different approach from most of the locals here.
Film yourself as much as possible, best when eating/drinking. Just no need to care so much about the surroundings.

the square beef patty is grill flavor. so the taste is nearly the same as those in McDonald's. the recommended by tourists is the original round beef patty. the taste is also different.
Brickfields...one of the places in KL that I most frequently visit. Why I like visiting this place? No, no not for the seedy cheap brothels in the same street where you are enjoying your burger. I come here normally to eat - Indian Muslim (mamak) cuisine, a walk across the main street to Nu Sentral looking for more places to eat, Malay street food stalls. Use to go Putri Restaurant where they serve Malay kampung (country) dishes..I am Malaysian.

Drinks especially juices are the best and cold milo and Teh Tarik, as compared to sodas and alcoholic drinks that probably you are used to...

Ramly Burger can be delicious, finger licking delicious. It depends on place. Some aren't that good actually. When it's good, it is super.

Kl isnt as big as New York at all but only the scenery does look like New York ..especially the environment plus the city structures...such as the tall buildinds,busy streets n the peoles ni the city who have comes from all over the world.....plus good n large shopping malls...amongst the vest in Asia n in world probably

the river of life is really wonderfull to look at night time. they will put up these laser led lights with different colours and the river will be covered with smoky mists. this river is actualy a meeting point between 2 rivers in kl. the GOMBAK river and the KLANG river. right in the middle of this river of life is one of kuala lumpurs oldest mosque. this mosques name is the MASJID JAMEK. its also the name of the LRT metro station here. this river used to be extremely dirty and deadly in the past. the water will look like tea. the kl muninciality council spent a lot to clean up the river using the ocean clean up drone ship. the same used to clean the south china sea and in philippines. its an american company that did it. they did fantastic job, cleaning this river. now the water is much cleaner to look at.

this kind of street vendor burger are all over KL particularly in poor area. they put too much sauce in it and the taste is quite strong and oily. The patty is not pure beef. I've tried few times in the past when I was really hungry at late night while other restaurants closed. normally, i would avoid it at all cost
