      @@travisradovan5600 Try doing On The Minute Lifts, where you do 7 to 10 sets with 1 minute rest. Do intense rounds on an assault bike. We will actually be releasing a video in the next month or so on that so we can go into more detail there.

    How many sets and reps of guiz jumps and knee hop slip squat the video didn’t say?

    How often per week i should do them?
    3 x sambo a week and 2 times i do train sandbag hypotrophy.
    Can i train the explosive exercise after muscle training or would it better after the sambo training
