I don't have a business but these tips apply to me. The first thing I am going to do is create legit financial. I need to know how much I am spending and excel sheet is not reliable 😅

I hope you don't take this as negative criticism (it's just a thought and it's meant to be constructive): I don't understand why you use the term "girl boss"... why not just "boss"? As a 36 year old woman with a PhD I can't say I relate to the term girl anymore. Keep up the excellent work!
It became popular when Sophia Amoruso published her book by that name. It was supposed to be like a "take back the name/term" kind of thing, but then Sophia was found out to be a kind of a terrible person, but the term still stuck. It especially stuck with MLM/pyramid scheme companies unfortunately.
I've been watching you for years, since before I quit my job to start my bookkeeping business. (All my clients use QuickBooks Online) This is awesome advice! I'd also highly recommend any business owner to read Profit First. It helps with figuring out how to manage those multiple accounts. And if a business owner doesn't know how to do the bookkeeping I highly recommend getting someone to at least review their work on a regular basis and train them. Cleanups can be very expensive if you don't know what you're doing.
I've been using separate accounts for years. One for income. One for check writing. One for electronic purchases with a debit card. It's a good security measure for your money. If someone hacks your debit card; they can only get what is in that account which is not connected to the other accounts. So it's impossible for the techno theives to wipe you out.

I was just looking at separating my bank accounts for my solopreneurship. Quicken has helped me in the past but this new system is so useful.
