I disagree, replaced my 6s battery thrice within one year because of this always low power mode practice. Actually it restricts some iPhone features according to Apple but physically it try to take more juice from your battery for lasting longer than normal in low power mode which results in Battery Health degradation.
Believe me or not but I experienced it. You should only use low power mode when necessary.

Bro iPhone 6s is very old now and has only 1800mAh battery capacity which is already much much lesser and it might be defected because it’s already 5 years old
If you purchased it 5 years ago and replaced its battery thrice then this is normal
Because every phone’s battery health degrade significantly within 1 and half year

Enabling low power mode actually increased my battery life, and I have set up automation to permanently enabled low power mode, no matter if someone manually disables low power mode, it automatically gets enabled by automation.
