"Distant Early Warning" was written about the loneliness of someone who worked the DEW Line- a system of radar stations in the far northern Arctic region of Canada set up to detect incoming Soviet bombers during the Cold War, and provide early warning of any sea-and-land invasion. watch the official video it tells a story.
Great! You chose the best live version of this song from the Show of Hands concert! This concert features a collection of RUSH’s 80’s synths sound era! Can’t have enough RUSH!
The tip of the iceberg shows its presence, but there is far more below the surface - hidden danger. Emotional and human issues are the tip of the iceberg but much more is below the surface ( root cause ).
Great Reaction…. I think this album live is one of the best live performances….. I suggest Xandau from the Exit Stage Left live album… trust me, that will leave you spell bound. I also suggest to listen to The Pass from Presto album… there are so many I can suggest but I gave chosen those as to how you like the dystopia and lyrical meanings… enjoy
Any Rush is good Rush lots if Rush, try driven, big money, far cry heresy, dreamline, Animate, cut to the chase, half the world, marathon, mission, working them angels, clock work angels, roll the bones
Aw, the music video with Alex in his 80's powder blue suit would have been better for sound quality. This song is a banger! Could you please react to Secret Touch from the Snakes and Arrows tour Also, have you done Dinner with Rush? The guys having a "business meeting " where the wine and the jokes were flowing. Cheers

They were just so incredibly good live 😁
Rush Rocked! Super talented
Amazing as always!

The body electric is a fire song on this album too 😁
My favorite album ,listen to the complete album I especially like The Enemy Within great reaction
That's live.
This album was my first RUSH show. Not this live album, buy the criminally underrated Grace Under Pressure album!!!

Great
The classic studio version with the video or the 1984 Grace under Pressure live cut from Toronto would have been better.
Might as well have heard the original, pretty much the same but sounds way better

I know they’re crazy talented, but it has always been just too dorky for me
Don’t fear the dorkness! Embrace it!😂
Stick with simpleton redneck Kid Rock music. lol
