I visited "Handmade Udon Saito" in Shimogamo, Kyoto.
You can enjoy the deliciousness of hand-made and hand-cut udon noodles that are slightly thin and chewy.
This time, I greedily ordered all kinds of udon noodles (1550 yen).
There are more noodles than in a typical udon shop.
