You're right. The reason for that is two-fold. Forward facing usually involves the baby dangling from their crotch. The other reason is that it can be over-stimulating for the baby. However, there are babies who refuse to be worn except forward facing. I made this video to show how to forward face in a wrap and still support the hips.

Della Hyde- that's the beauty of freedom. If you don't like the front facing carry, you're free to not wear your baby that way. :)

May be an option for longer times sitting e.g. in wheelchairs instead of a Soft structured carrier (SSC)

This is good for babies who DO NOT like to be face to face or on the back...my baby cries with both of those so Ill try this.

Im in my sons account, but I find this awesome, its doing everything you do when facing you but facing out. I dont see any problems that will effect hips in any way

o zgrozo! Maskara! tak ABSOLUTNIE NIE wolno nosić dzieci! Pozostałych błędów nawet mi sie nie chce wymieniać... Normalnie powinni je to dziecko zabrać.
