  • Learn how to do a Front Cross Carry with a woven baby wrap, to face your baby out. This allows your baby to see more of the world in a fully supported, ergonomic position.
This carry is for baby's with excellent head control. You should generally forward face in 15-20 minute spurts, to prevent your baby from becoming overstimulated. Babies cannot safely sleep in this position and if your baby falls asleep, you must take them out.
Avie Herman, a Professional Babywearing Instructor, makes wrapping your baby simple and comfortable.
Front Cross Carry (FCC) uses a base size woven wrap.
Avie is using a size 6 Didymos Lisca Sunny Day in this tutorial and she is wrapping a 7 month old.
