Everything about Joseph Gordon-Levitt is lovable, he’s fantastic! ❤️❤️❤️
George is always so well-researched and prepared for his interviews. Lots of respect for both of these guys
Gosh, he's a good interviewer. I respect them both very much.
This was a really great interview. It felt more like a conversation between two people
Love this guy man, does the right things. Great actor and person!
he's such a gentlemen :) I love how respectful he is of women
It's good to have movies that present and reflect reality (in a candid way) like Don Jon, unpleasant as the reality may be.
This is great! JGL is one of the most inspiring people in hollywood, he is so real!
He is so bright and happy, I love it :) Great interview!
lawl joseph's socks dont match xD haha he is so cute
Yeah, which is a big contrast to his character in Don Jon.
134340 he does it for his brother who died of cancer and always wore mismatched socks
❤❤❤ He's amazing!!
Oh is Joseph a gorgeous man........
Eye candy on the left eye candy o the right. Brain candy on the left, brain candy on the right.
Always impressed by both of those men!
His parents made an amazing job.
George is correct about "Doctor Strangelove." The book it's based on, "Red Alert", is a straight drama and in no way critiques nuclear doctrines of the time. It's hard to find and long out of print, but I was able to read it a while back.
He's awesome. Period.
Angels in the Outfield was one of my favourite childhood movies.
I wish more men were like Joe.
Great interview! I always enjoy how the guests get a kick out of unexpected reference footage and audio.
I can't get past the fact that he was Jim from Treasure Planet.
Never before heard of Gorge Stroumboulopoulos but I'm positively impressed! He knows his stuff and actually asks interesting questions. And convo between two smart men is always exciting.
Love love love George!!!
They wear the same shoes!
The one comment that got me was "See this is what woman get to do" Cheerleading is hard and dangerous I would say it is harder and more dangerous then basketball. What is the real tragedy is how society downplays the things woman do that are equally as hard as the things men do because well if a woman can do it, must be easy.
I really like him
they've got the same shoes!
different socks...aww for his brother
His brother resembles Heath Ledger.. heck even JGL kind of does.
PeanutBuddha Funny thing is that they're both in 10 things I hate about you
one word, AWSOME
George is just a crazy good interviewer / conversationalist. Love.
George is seriously the best.
Very good interview and he seemed very accessible...
George Stroumboulopoulos .. you are a brilliant interviewer!
I love George. You can tell the stars love his spontaneous facts. I think. He shocks them with the background research
Yes, it so endearing!
Even though most of the movie is just people talking in the same 3 rooms while watching monitors and control panels, "Failsafe" does tension better than almost any other film I've seen. Amazing and a chilling warning.
Best interviewer ever!
Love him!
Lol at that Jeopardy clip!! He was super enthusiastic :)
It's also obvious he has a great research team that preps him for his interviews and gets material... like those clips.
well , I love it
ahhaah "I read your Mother's blog…" so sweet
he's a great actor..
STROMBO some type of a psychiatrist all of his interviews he uses the guest's personal life as the premise of the interviews
haha they are wearing the same Shoes.
This guy really does his research before interviews. He reads his mom's blogs, has an audio clip of his dad ready to go... Haha, this guy's awesome.
He'll always be Roger from Angels In The Outfield to me.
George is the best
I love george's jacket.
Didn't think I could love this kid more then I already do ... Then I saw the mis matched socks ! :D
shit got real right at the end... damn
I love U Gordon : )
Lmao at that Jeopardy clip
People should watch "Dr. Strangelove" and "Failsafe" as a double feature. it will blow your mind.
LOL! They're wearing the same shoes!!
Watch George's interview with Hugh Jackman. Guy's a brilliant host
Who would have thought he would have a great movie career after Angels in the Outfield.
Joseph is wearing different socks. :) Cool!
what's his mom's blog?
What shoes is George wearing?
His mom has a blog?
did they just get back from bowling together? look at there slick shoes
In a recently published scientific study it was concluded that porn does not really affect the person's view towards women, finding that those who watch more porn tend to view women less as objects. The study is called: Is Pornography Really about “Making Hate to Women”? Pornography Users Hold More Gender Egalitarian Attitudes Than Nonusers in a Representative American Sample
5:48
Matt Heafy playing in movies too?
they are wearing the exact same shoes.
George is 41 wtf
Why can Stroumbo never sit on his seat properly?
Yes, who does he think he is? It just ruins it for me when ppl dare to sit how they wish. I sure hope George reads these comments and gets his shit together.
Maybe 100cierra could share how to sit properly?
Come on... that is what you took from this amazing interview?! sad :(
WHOAH... Have you actually seen the Olympic-level athletic and gymnastic prowess of cheerleaders, though? And there are male cheerleaders.
anyone know when and how his brother died?
Not sure when it was but it was reportedly a drug overdose.
The coroner's report came out to be inconclusive as to the cause of death, however he died on October 4th of 2010.
I thought that it was an accident from work, he was a fire entertainer? I could be wrong.
He took his own life. He suffered from depression.
PICKLE Marz False.
LOL! No they don't!
HA! he was in Batman...lol. I didn't see it =p I thought he would make a good Batman.
Brilliantly facile. Look at 6:15 and following when Levitt mentions FailSafe.
George pretends he knows the movie and then gives an inane comment.
CBC was once similar to PBS. Lately, it resembles MTV. Americans had
good sense to dispatch him quickly from CNN.
the young joseph looks like a white version of jaden smith :D
Anyone else notice he's wearing the most random pair of socks.
Lol I've seen him in a couple interviews/tv performances now where he's wearing odd socks. Kind of makes him even more loveable.
He does it as an homage to his brother, who died and used to wear non-matching socks.
... his socks though.
Why is he brilliant? I am not going to criticize him I haven't watched his show that much. One thing bugs me. If you will notice he is in their personal space and they are plastered to the back of their seats. He comes across as aggressive.
but not the same socks i guess xD
You are correct. He is not particularly intelligent. He came from a small
Toronto tv station introducing music videos. Watch him interview people
like Gore Vidal and it truly is pathetic. He looks good on tv now that he
has a personal trainer and lost the fat. I am waiting for a star to slap him down bigtime.
you're rude.
Is he wearing odd socks?
Στρουμπουλοπουλος.
You know whats weird about this guy. I've seen it time and time again. HE ALWAYS references movies from my Dad's time or grandfathers time. He's young like me and I'm like i heard vaugue things he talks about that my dad talks about. HOW WEIRD IS THAT he has adopted our dads generation as the one he lives in. If you asked him about Predator and arnie he would be like WHO's THAT NOW? never heard of him LOL so strange so strange
nah people like him are just timeless
he knows about the good stuff from the past generation, the present generation and he also knows a lot of stuff that will be part of the future's generation's mindset
naruto00nix i did hear he is a super nice guy and will talk to old ladies on a plane even when they dont know who he is
Why is that weird?
PeanutBuddha because people his age would find him weird and would not enjoy hearing about things from their grandpas generation making him an outcast. You are a dumb!
James Cage Mate are you his age? I don't think many people his age or even younger find him to be weird. If you actually watch his interviews you'll find that people enjoy listening to his stories. It doesn't make him weird, it makes him interesting and far less "hollywood-ish". What's wrong with talking about past generations? This generation is fucking shit, there's not much to talk about. I don't reckon JGL is an outcast. I hope you know the definition of outcast. He's a very likable bloke and he's one of the best actors of his generation. Ending your statement in a very clever way there pal. "You are a dumb!" lmao.
Someone's a negative nancy.. American?
haha his socks sucks
I had no idea Levitt was a mangina. Kinda sad all the self flagellation.
He respects women = MANGINA MANGINA. You're whats wrong with the next generation....
Supplicating to women and being a walking mat for them is NOT respect.
*****
Haha, he's also a well respected artist and in my opinion a progressive thinking. What are you? Nvm, don't answer that... It really doesn't matter does it?
Oren Barter
It's amazing that people can't figure out that just because somebody is good at one thing, doesn't mean they are good at another. Just because he's good at acting, doesn't mean he's knowledgeable on the evolved behaviours of men and women, and how beta males attempt to artificially elevate the status of women in order to win favour with them. But you knew that right?
This is called an argument from authority, and while the opinions of experts in a particular field might hold more weight than others, any person's opinion is not valid just because of who the person is. But you knew that too, right.
You jut have a skewed and messed up idea about how "real" men should be.
Boringggg
