What’s your #1 goal for 2025? Let me know in the replies! 🌟 If you're looking for motivation or guidance, check out the books I mentioned in the video. I’d love to hear which ones you’ve read or want to add to your list!
The Mountain Is You changed my life. I deal with bad/sad feelings differently now. Instead of trying to avoid them I just ride it out and tell myself it'll pass. I've had struggles I've been dealing with for decades and this book set me free from continuing to fight my issues and instead learn to focus on other things so they don't feel like such a huge part of my life. I now know you can't let go of what haunts you, but you can have a great life that helps you keep your focus elsewhere.
wow... i've been having issues with weight loss and this truly helped change my perspective. I've been fighting for perfection instead of being okay and proud of the small progress I have made.
I do like self-help books and last year I was concentrating on getting over narcissistic abuse but also looking into things with mental health, learning to handle better my emotions and also my personality disorder of Borderline personality disorder 😊. For me, In 2025 I want to concentrate on self-love, nutrition and also understanding my body more as well as build a better outlook for myself. Great video and recommendations I will look into these 😊
I loved Can't Hurt Me-David Goggins and Atomic Habits. But one I would suggest is The Last Lecture. I haven't read it in years but it was life changing for me.
I'm trying to read 48 rules of power, but I'm not getting far, but I think that my first step toward discipline is reading that book. And honestly, it's really good. It's just huge, so it takes time. Love the video as usuaaaaal can't wait for the next one ❤❤❤✨️✨️

#1 self help book = the Bible ❤❤✝✝
The number one self-help book, is the Bible, for permanent changes! That way God, gets the glory, not a man, a woman, or ourselves!
