Great video, great idea. As for that spec, it was fairly ironic to mention the lightweight pkg allowing more noise in, and follow it by the Burmester upgraded sound system.
Also slightly strange to mention the additional luggage space with the rear seats removed, as you cannot access that area with the fixed buckets. Porsche really needs to look at a method where you can tilt the entire seat to access the rear, as it's so irritating having that space, but not being able to use it.
hahah zašto bi neko nadoplatija lagani paket stakla i sve ostalo da se bolje sve čuje a onda uzeja vrhunski Burmester koji uopče neče čut od buke, ali toje 911.vječno fantastičnog izgleda
Why spend all this money, basically just checking every option box, and order such a boring color? There are so many amazing PTS options that would have made this GTS pop! Fun video.
@@AverageEnthusiast123 Bucket seats, noisy carbon ceramic breaks, lightweight glass, no rear seats? That is most definitely not a daily driver with comfort in mind.
Another really informative video. I previously watched your vid on how to spec a Ferrari 488 Pista before I bought mine last year. I’m now looking to buy a convertible either 992 GTS or 992 Turbo S and this has been really useful in terms of understanding the different options, a lot of which will carry over into both models. You guys at Romans actually sold my Pista first time round after new and before I then bought it from a main dealer. 👍🏻
Fantastic car!!!! But, there is one problem with it. The steering wheel was installed on the wrong side. Maybe I can get it at a discount. Thanks I am here all week.
Brilliant video, great spec but mad some of the opinions. Carbon fiber triangle by mirror 😂, extra fins thing on the back lights 🤔 really?? But hey they had the money and went all out on this car. 😄👏
Whoever specc'd this is Bi polar. All the Johnny race light weight bits yet all of the extra leather and safety bits. Guess u need all that safety and leather stuff when on the track
Some people actually just spec the individual things they like instead of grouping stuff together like a package. I prefer having the option to pick and choose like this as opposed to being forced to choose between only a couple of all-encompassing packages. Great spec IMO, especially after having a 992 911 for a bit I understand why this person spec'd things the way he did. Except for the seats, I'd do more comfortable seats
Stunning looking car. However there’s not really luggage space in this spec as the carbon buckets don’t fold forward so you can’t get suitcases in there.
Funny thing, the majority of buyers who opt for the ceramics are usually posers that never track the car and the least bit concerned about brake fade, while those who do track the cars opt for the steel brakes due to the lower cost replacement. The truth of the matter is and from personal experience, that even steel brakes on a GT3 rarely ever fade during track day sessions unless you're going balls to the wall for 30 minutes.
The only must have is missing from this car and that's the aero pack which I have on mine - turns special into spectacular. Colour is subjective, but grey is boring. Guards Red is what I have, looks amazing.
The lightweight glass (option VW4) is described as lightweight and sound insulating. The cabin is therefore quieter than with regular glass, not noisier.
I sourced mine bermister rear spoiler and lots of lovely goodies including rear wheel steer and all only £145,000. My last Porsche (no5) was a 992 911 S 2020 I crashed it and that cost me £120,000. So GTS is good value and investment
I thought the lightweight glass package actually *reduced* the noise in the cabin? I remember thinking, “well that doesn’t make sense” but then looked it up and, sure enough, it does.
Some of these options are so different in US. Like you have to do the mirrors with the lane keep and the GTS package comes with the colored dials carbon interior and belts
GTS made to be like a GT3 Touring... except no compromises on comfort for longer distances. I would spec mine the same way. I love the looks of bucket seats, but i would sacrifice them for more comfortable. Also the roof would be glass one.
90L gas tank, aerokit (black-shadow design) - there could have been a comparison here, especially if it is made with the different roof options. other than that, the gas could have had more of a boost or not towards the gt3 (rs) and turbo 🙂
I find it amusing how the people who sell cars are out of their minds with excitement about high spec cars. So many of these specs are contradictory. For example, weight reduction packages that add weight by including rear steer. As sales people pressure buyers to pile on all this stuff, finding a low spec version may be much rarer and ultimately more exclusive.
On resale all the options are lost and the car sells for msrp, actually below msrp, that how it use to and SUPPOSE to work as it did on my 2017 C2S convertable with $25k in options.
always introduce the car with the factory color and and interior color code/name when youre doing a spec review. So is this agate grey? since you didnt mention PTS (paint to sample).
I think those fancy headlights are getting stolen left and right here in the US. I guess thieves just slice the bottom with a long flat knife and they slide right out. Super expensive to replace.
Great Video. In my opinion Romans is doing the best specs and your recommendations on options are way far the best. Looking forward to the next video.
Absolutely stunning gts, spec is so impressive, whoever did it really wanted the ultimate gts, beautiful
Well done, interesting to see costs and associated explanations, cheers mate.
Great video. I wish Porsche explained these options on the configuratior that well as in this video. Well done. 👍🏼
Fantastic video. Brilliant idea for a series. The specs on that Porsche were magnificent.
I appreciate that this spec simultaneously includes the lightweight package and additional interior leather trim. No silly fabric door pulls here.

Folding door mirrors as an option on such an expensive car is laughable
Agreed
Understated, but absolutely awesome. Whoever spec'd that is definitely switched on...& had deep pockets. Beautiful car. Great video.

100% mate.
@@yassine-ayad Carrara White. 😎 Free color.
Idk I love this color, which ones do you like more?
Ruby Star Neo 🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
@@demonspeedracer cant lie, i love that color but the agate gray just makes this look like the batmobile
Owner said, "can't decide which options to get so I guess i'll just get em all".
The best spec I've seen. The perfect GTS.
Missing the aero kit, which mine has. Else similar to my car, although mine is Guards Red.
Like the way you used SPECtacular. Love watching your videos TOM.
bro lowkey making the best video on youtube this chanel underrated
Tell me you didn't get a GT3 allocation without telling me you didn't get a GT3 allocation.
😂😂😂
Did you get a GT3?
Not really. These cars are easier to daily than a GT3. The surround view, lane change assist, softer drive, etc some people prefer.
@@AverageEnthusiast123 Bucket seats, noisy carbon ceramic breaks, lightweight glass, no rear seats? That is most definitely not a daily driver with comfort in mind.
ooft those gill lights are absolutely essential 😂
incredible spec - defo my cup of tea!
Great content. Please keep doing these sort of videos

Great vid/concept, thoroughly enjoyed that! Mega spec on that GTS too.
Wow!
Spec-tacular!!!
Love it. Keep em coming.. least to most expensive or most ridiculous spec? (indicator/window triangle wossnames - yeah right)
Literally opted for everything on the spec list😂😭probably now equivalent to a base entry Turbo S at this point…loved the video though😁
Yea likely 20k below non S, saying that nobody buys non S turbos
Romans make Tom Hartley look like amateurs ! ❤
Burmeister yet lightweight package.
Lane assist and speed alarm
Confusing spec but looks nice
Love this video!! Looking forward to the next one.
Excellent lovely car 👍👍👍
Love these videos 👍🇦🇺

Such a nice example in a color that is on par with flat white..too bad it isn't GT Silver or even a free coat of Guards Red..still nice af!
Not normally a fan of grey but really think it suits it. I always go black but seriously considering changing to this colour 😎
Hi Tom super video i would want that car like that one also fantastic car
Clean. Well done. Great spec!
Love this series!
Great video - carbon f mats, crazy!
Great video my new 2024 911 carrera GTS has most of that car option in your video. US 33.000 in upgrades.
My thanks. Carry on!
Excellent thorough review.
Whoever specc'd this is Bi polar. All the Johnny race light weight bits yet all of the extra leather and safety bits. Guess u need all that safety and leather stuff when on the track
Or just too much cash to burn, all those creature comforts to go with uncomfortable seats(for me as I’m a lard arse).😂
You wouldn’t start with a GTS model if you want a track car.
Yea GTs is the everything in the middle 911 it’s not for the track if you want track focus start 911 T s/t or any gt3

Perfect GTS Spec!
My pick of those gets me to £8700 exc vat . Oh and a sunroof approx £1500. Great series 😊
What color is this? Nice color for Porsche. Anyway, great review you made bro. 😊

other than the roof, and seat selection. All options are a must have
The only must have is missing from this car and that's the aero pack which I have on mine - turns special into spectacular. Colour is subjective, but grey is boring. Guards Red is what I have, looks amazing.
The lightweight glass (option VW4) is described as lightweight and sound insulating. The cabin is therefore quieter than with regular glass, not noisier.
It's not.
Does the Lightweight package include the high end Burmeister sound system with active subwoofer and 13 individual speakers 😂😂
I’d have liked it with the aero kit and in Ruby Star Neo, yellow belts, clocks and stitching and the RS Spyder Design Wheels.
Awesome 911 car spec.
Perfect car!
Great spec except for the colour and may as well gone for the full aerokit in gloss black while they were at it !
Amazing
What a machine , covers all ..
My 992 gts has 52k usd in options :x
I expected it to be close to 180k, but still considering every option it is quite "cheap" for what you get.
I sourced mine bermister rear spoiler and lots of lovely goodies including rear wheel steer and all only £145,000. My last Porsche (no5) was a 992 911 S 2020 I crashed it and that cost me £120,000. So GTS is good value and investment

Those seats are so uncomfortable if on a road trip. Comfort seats unless ur tracking. Fantastic car 😎
The glass option I specified on my 992 said it was lightweight AND noise reducing. Not more noise, but less. Please clarify?
doesn't the hi end speaker option add weight to the car?
GTS made to be like a GT3 Touring... except no compromises on comfort for longer distances. I would spec mine the same way. I love the looks of bucket seats, but i would sacrifice them for more comfortable. Also the roof would be glass one.
Very nice car not sure on the gray
Conspicuous consumption comes to mind
This is probably the same price as the standard turbo
Fkin beautiful 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
These are nice I would skip ioniser as it produces ozone that can be toxic
Amazing spec, but whoever specced this really wanted the GT3 Touring but couldn’t get an allocation so got this instead ….??

@3:00 you forgot to say the Burmester price.
It cost more to remove stuffs out?

You should break down the cost of option in the description.
At least there does not seem to be any options you have to subscribe for behind a paywall?
luving 2seats car ..
The owner specified the perfect Porsche...and immediately sold it!!!
What year and model, please.
So much hate in the comments lol.. keep your head up king
no aero kit boo
Mine would have PTS and Aerokit added but minus all that extra leather stuff.
The only issue I see is going for a light weight package and theme, but specifying burmester? That adds 20lb at least over the bose system
lovely car and best spec ive seen however 140k for a gts.....
Needs the aero kit
Yep, have that on mine.
cool 😎
Lightweight pack with added burmester audio, hmmm
What is the name of the paint color?
Porsche will charge you for the air in your cabin if possible 😂
First time I see a RUclipsr having to sit down in a chair to talk about breaks
Nice great video great idea sound good
I think it’s hard to make a Porsche gts look bad
