    Hey Chef Tom and atbbq staff, thanks for being a positive weekly video and always putting up some fantastic dishes. I am starting to branch out from bbq however i think it would go super well in a ramen noodle dish. Could you guys do some asian pork, chicken, or beef recipes or just a ramen dish with a good broth recipe? Thank you ahead of time!

    If you were going to buy a budget smoker grill combo would the Char-Griller or Oklahoma Joe be a good option?

      My first smoker wasn't very expensive. I had an Old Country Trans Pecos it was a great pit under $400. Got it at Academy.

      I’m sure you could substitute the slow smoked pork belly for any leaner, grilled pork chop to get a rough approximation of this outcome. I’d imagine if you were to grill a tenderloin, slice it and serve this salsa on top you’d have a pretty damn good meal on your plate 👍
