Smoked Pork Belly For The Most Insanely Delicious Tacos

  • You can turn Pork Belly into Bacon. Or, you can smoke it up and use it in a number of delicious dishes. That’s what I do here, and these Smoked Pork Belly Tacos were out of this world good.
    Jicama Apple Slaw Ingredients
    ¾ cup Shredded Carrots
    ½ cup Chopped Jicama
    1 Chopped Granny Smith Apple
    Juice Of ½ Lime
    1 TBSP Apple Cider Vinegar
    1 TBSP Agave Syrup

    What happens if you spritz with oil? Will that help hold moisture in?

      @CookingWithRy i meant the canned spray oil, like canola or olive. I tried it on brisket once and thought it helped but couldnt be for sure. Thx for reply.

      Not really into the butter on Pork Belly. I’ve tried it. Already a lot of fat there.

      Love this, probably a semi sweet taco. Definitely fantastic idea with the salt offset the sweet of the apples great pairing flavor combo. Wonder how it would taste if you cured the pork belly into bacon first😅. Probably wouldn't need the salt at the end 🤔😉❤, great.job as always. Thank ypu for showing us how it's done. Love everything you do. Griddle, grill and smoke on my BBQ brother!
