Last time I had indian chinese food was at KT in lucknow 22 years ago with friends. That food was probably just ok because I didn't crave for it all these years. But I remembered that I used to like gobhi manchurian. The first time I saw this recipe I gave up thinking it was too complicated. Instead I first tried Brar Sir's veg chowmein recipe. There is no equal to that recipe. Then I tried chilli chicken which is in a class of its own. And finally gobhi manchurian today. The taste is out of this world. It is better than any gobhi manchurian I have ever tasted. I am soooo happy. Thank you.
