One thing for sure is too know your blueprints and monitor the build reqularly - to spot any issues that can be discussed with the builder in a timely manner. Cheers
Hello, I just found your channel and have watched all your videos liked and subscribed. Your explanations of your build is very good. It appears you have a good builder plus it is good you are able to identify any build plan errors quickly. I like all the balconies with the roof over hangs great design. Thank you both for sharing your home build.
