Hi Yasmine, that sounds pretty odd. Are you saying that you sent a newsletter and your recipients received a blank page? If you've used the second method, feel free to reach out via Publicate in-app chat and we'll be happy to help you troubleshoot this 😊 Or if you got stuck using the 1st method, you can give Publicate a go via the Free 14-day trial. No card details is required and you'll have access to your dashboard within a minute 🙌 Just use this link anytime you'd like to start: publicate.it/signup

@@LewDonley - That's right, Outlook removed this option unfortunately but there's a keyboard shortcut you can use instead 🎉 Once you've selected the word or emoticon you added to the email draft, if you're a PC user type Ctrl+shift+J OR if you're a Mac user Cmd + Option + J . This will open the Browser console and you'll need to go to the 'Elements' tab to replace the HTML code with your own and continue as per the video from 1min 56 🙂 Or if you don't want to bother with these shortcuts and code anymore, check out the alternative method using Publicate ( explained from 2.56 in this video) 👍

@@Publicate-Email-Builder Hi! whenever I press cmd + option + j, nothing happens. Is there another shortcut?

@@chynachanel Hi Chyna, this shortcut works in Chrome so you might need to switch the web browser you use. Also if you use a Bluetooth keyboard, make sure it's set up in the appropriate format otherwise the cmd and option key could be in places you don't expect.
