OMG!! What an amazing RUclips video. Exactly what I was looking for. Just wasted 3 hours trying to get everything to align properly. Never thought of the table. Thank you Burn to Learn!
I wasted an embarrassing amount of hours going from publisher to PowerPoint to creating templates and a whole load of other things trying to figure out how I'll create an easily editable newsletter email embedded with clip art etc. Thank you for this!
OMG- this was amazing! I have been looking for something like this for so long! I am trying to inspire sales reps to read emails and they get so many- I needed to differentiate!! Thank you!!!
This was game changing to me, I wanted to make simple but good looking emails, and was ready to pay monthly fee for an email creator online, seeing this, and how easily this could be done using a table! Was amazing! ❤ also the voice was the cherry on top for this video, so soothing and warm
Very helpful! I work in a small doctor’s office and have been converting all of our e-mail templates into something more professional. I can’t thank you enough for this video, as it has saved me a lot of experimentation time!
I had not thought about using tables like this - and definitely appreciate it. As far as sending an email like this, I worry that people will feel it is a mass distributed marketing etc message and not read it, to some degree the text message feels more personal, but possibly it’s a function of just what I am used to…I am going to test it out and see how it helps
Excellent! Very clear, no bs. Very soothing voice, also. Was just wondering how I can save the endresult as a template (for a regular newsletter, for example).
Using a table for layout is usually considered non-compliant with most accessibility standards. I would recommend designing emails for public distribution or large audiences without using tables purely for layout.
Hi, great work. However, I faced a displaying problem when I test the email preparing by outlook and send it to my personal Gmail, some icons were missing and the background color in some cells was white and the text was white as well. Any advice would be appreciated 😊
This is amazing! One question though - when viewing on mobile, for some reason, the boxes with images in have huge gaps underneath them. Do you have any idea how to fix this??? Thanks in advance!
If you send an email this way, have you tested how the images show up in the receiver's email? Do images not come through sometimes (ie. are images blocked?) Just curious.
Great video! I did something similar for my newsletter. Two problems - 1. once i send it out, the font and line spacing all changed unexpectedly, not looking the same. 2. Every time i change the content by copying qnd pasting, it will change the font and line spacing/form again, not sure why, so frustrating! Any clue how to fix it?
I have the most updated version of Outlook through Office 365 and can't seem to access the option to make my table lines invisible. Am I missing something? Is there a way to make these options available to me?
So according to Chat GPT... "Apologies for the confusion in my previous response. Let me clarify: The ability to make table lines invisible within Outlook is not available in any version, including Office 365. Outlook's built-in table editing capabilities are limited, and there is no direct option to hide table lines. However, you can achieve the desired effect by using a workaround involving the use of a Microsoft Word table, as I mentioned earlier. This workaround allows you to create a table with invisible lines in a separate Word window and then paste it into Outlook." Is anyone else experiencing this? I can't seem to figure this out at all 😕.
Great stuff, but how can you get sure, that it looks the same on the email client of the one you send it to? In my case the color of the font was different. When I did the layout it was white. On the other side it was suddenly black - black on black 😅
Are the tables important? I spent Time to design an email for a newsletter but it was all over thé way when sending it. I don't want to restant it for no results 😂
When I send the email, all visual information does not display in the email (including the background color) becomes an attachment instead. How do I fix this?
i need this email logo to appear on every new email and NOT using the 'signature' because on my PC the signature feature does not work so i want the logo embedded into email, how do i do that?

Same here....wasted the entire day and possibly money on unuseful apps. Well done Rod - very simple and easy!
I also wanted to come here and say this!

same issue here
This is great! Thank you do much!!!

It may require a little testing but if you keep trying different formats you will eventually get it just right
@@BurntoLearn usually you have only one e-mail-client, so you dont know how it will look like on the other side
Nice!

Are these emails responsive?
Of course not don't be naive
I’m pretty sure using tables like this makes these emails non-accessible.
