Before that I had gone to the gym with my friends for one month but I haven't seen any such difference , i know the result will not appear so early. AFTER I PASSED OUT FROM SCHOOL THIS YEAR I RESTARTED AGAIN GYM ON 4TH NOVEMBER 2022 JUST BECAUSE OF INSULTS AND JOKES MADE BY RELATIVES . ITS JUST A MONTH NOW AND I HAVE GAINED A GOOD MUSCLE MASS AND WEIGHT INCREASE FROM 45 kg to 54 kg. And Now I am in a good mood and confidence is also high. At last thanku sir .. I don't know if you see this or not but I just want to meet you sir..... Once in a life time
