Thanks Jacob much appreciated ! I bought a 100ml bottle a few weeks ago. It's absolutely amazing. I wear it when i go to visit my grandmother at the Dementia facility. They all go Bananas 🍌 When i walk in & start sniffing the air! Running around like Piggies looking for truffles in a forest. It's such fun laughing with the old Dears. This scent must evoke past memories that they can't remember. But they get a little excersise & laugh a lot. A win win situation for all.😂 🌸🌹🌺🌼💐
Thanks for your reviews, Jacob. After sampling most of Amouage’s line-up, I’m pretty certain I’m not man enough to wear any of them! (Maybe Beach Hut Man on a good day 😁). Weirdly, spraying it around the room works well, especially the rose or oud ones. The world’s most expensive air-freshener! 👍
Hello Jacob, I've seen you've done a lot of Amouage videos lately. I myself have sampled Interlude Man and Royal Tobacco recently. I don't know how I feel about them. I appreciate how realistic of a tobacco Royal Tobacco is and I like how dark Interlude Man is, but I'm not sure how wearable they are or if they're for me. The same goes for some other Amouages I've tried, which are Reflection Man and Jubilation XXV. Jubilation smells pretty good as does Reflection Man, but I'm not sure if they're for me. Reflection Man is very crisp and clean, but probably a bit too sweet and feminine leaning in my opinion. Enjoy the reviews my brother, have a great day!
Amouage is an Arabic brand so the scents will always lean to the oriental/Arabic way. For me personally it’s very hard to pull the trigger and buy a bottle. They are good scents, but not my taste. Most of them give this old manish vibe or a weird arabic synthetic oudh smell. Maybe 3 or 4 perfumes are worth sampling and deciding if you want it or not. Interlude man for example reminds me of LV Ombre Nomade. I would always pick Nomade over Interlude. So there really isn’t this unique amazing scent. It’s as if the scents are inspired by other brands. I’m gonna make my top 5 Amouage scents soon. I’m very grateful that you watch the vids brother. Have a great day!
Not 20 years ago , more like 80-85 years ago, its very, very retro Aldehydic floral musks. It dries down to a nice sandalwood but that takes a very long time and in between it goes through its "soapy grandma' phase . Though these type of scents were worn by smokers and in a time of lot smokers , so it would not smell as floral as the tobacco ash would mix
