If you like Bee Gees you would like another from Down under. Delivery, power, control. All of this is in his voice. The song to hear is HELP by JOHN FARNHAM .
You should react to two of the greatest female vocalists , Celine Dion and Barbra Streisand Tell Him, it's another belter. What incredible voices. Love your reactions.
Checkout “ Guilty” live duet performance with Barry Gibb and Streisand - a smooth tune that has that Bee Gees groove written all over it. Great reaction .
Simply the best female singer on this planet 🌎 today and it’s so so sad to received the awful news of her incurable illness my only hope for her is that she can have one day without any pain in her regular day as for her singing career well she already gave us lots and lots of incredible performances that she doesn’t have to prouve anything to anyone if she sings again down the road it would be a blessing to all of us because Céline Dion is really a gift to the world 🌎 to appreciate great reaction by the way love you Celine ❤
They wrote this song for her. Barry told in an interview that they try to put themselve in the shoes of an artist if they write songs for them and if they sing duets with the artist, for whom they wrote the duets, they always have the calmer and less parts and let the other artist more shine! Try guilty and What kind of fool (two songs in one video) from Barry with barbra Streisand and Face to face(Barry with Olivia Newton John, there you`ll see/hear the same "concept"1
This song was written for Celine. Immortality is about the legacy of their music lasting past their liv3s. The passion for the music and the Words We dont say goodbye is about the music staying . It's profound lyrically as well as musicall.
Another great song written by the Bee Gees. Their rabbit hole covers 5 decades and so many songs that they wrote and others sang. You might like Islands In The Stream with Kenny Rogers and Dolly Parton duet. Bee Gees wrote it and you can hear their influence.
Gosh. I’m sorry don’t cut it. And I don’t know how you feel either. Can’t even imagine it. But, if. A hand, reaching through the screen, helps you stand up, I’m offering it. I have seen a lot of death. But each one was so different, so personal, in a different way, that I can’t share with you. I never lost a baby though. Sheesh. Scares the hell out of me. Just the idea. I’m old now. Kids are all grown. Hell, I have great grandkids and don’t even know their names. Suits me fine. But, if you need to reach out, i can listen, and goodness knows I can talk .
They did record a version of this song that was just them singing it. However, the Bee Gees did write this song Immortality for Celine. It was written for a broadway play and sung by a guy in the play, but when they were writing it, they were envisioning Celine singing it.
its a song about death...and how it isnt the end...how we all have a destiny and need to fulfill it ..we follow our dreams in this life...then go on to immortality
This is beautiful! My favorite Bee Gees featuring Celine ❤️. The Bee Gees were older when this was done; still fabulous. There is a video where the did this, but not in front of an audience…maybe it was the day it was recorded.
I've been hearing Céline Dion since the 80s. Her carreer pretty much started the year I was born (she was 14, I think). She sang in French for almost 10 years before her first English songs came out. If you ever want to see what she sounds like in French, I recommend ''Pour que tu m'aimes encore''.
Another great collab is the live version of Barry Gibb and Barbra Streisand singing What Kind of Fool...going back to the Bee Gees you can't go past Fanny be tender with my love! Bee Gees have written amazing songs for themselves and others.
Celine is one of the best. It was great to see her collaborating with an Australian group. She is a huge fan of John Farnham, another Australian. Check out her duet with John singing "Your the voice" at one of her concerts. She is clearly besotted with him.
Love your reaction. So much appreciation for these artists. If you want to be blown away again you should listen to a duet sang by Celine Dion and on of the GOAT Barbra Streisand. The song is : tell him. You will love it
This is one of the most beautiful collaborations ever! She lost her husband, (they were REALLY so in love), and of course, the BeeGees lost Andy so early, and now there’s only Barry as Maurice and Robin have both now passed. 😢They wrote it and gave it to her. You should watch the video where they were recording. Having so much fun. 😊
Thanks Polo great reaction. The official video was rather hauntingly beautiful as in it Celine was singing to someone who had died. The Bee Gee's wrote so many #1 hits for many big names like Barbara Streisand (Guilty), Diana Ross (Chain Reaction) which earned her a Gold Record. Dion Warwick (Heartbreaker) and so many more. Saying hi from Australia
There is another video of her singing this in their studio for the first time. It's very good and has more intimate interaction. They were touched to say the least.
I know it's not Christmas time, but HIGHLY recommend Celine Dion's O Holy Night Live performance. I'm not a big Celine Dion fan but my god that song gives me goosebumps. Maybe put it in your back pocket for the holidays!
OK, old white Vietnam vet here, admire your taste. I recommend you listen to Rhiannon Giddens, multi talent african American. Birmingham Sunday. Makes the tears come every time.
I remember seeing this for the first time. I think they were in a studio not this one and it was the first time they had really actually sang it together. It was so emotional and they were there with tears in their eyes. It really got to me too. Can't remember if it was a TV programme or.......... Wonderful. Found a similar one on you tube a "Studio Session" but it's not the one I remember but various shots are where Barry Gibb is wearing the light coloured suit with a tissue in his hand and is emotional (obviously that is the one I remember) - the whole video was being sung in that setting - not quite the same.
Gosh - in a list of so many, this is one of my favourite Bee Gees songs. Celine comes first for me in dead heat with Barbra Streisand for vocal purity.

The Bee Gees wrote this song over the loss and grief they all felt for their younger brother, Andy Gibb, who passed away in 1988. It was very hard on them and so this was a tribute to that love they will always have for him.
I grew up listening to the Bee Gees, I just love them. They wrote so many songs for other artists. This song written for Celine is just, Wow! You could also try the groups Heart and The Carpenters. They, too, are just amazing.
Watch The Bee Gees- “ Alone”- Barry Gibb wears something you and I get; a home town vibe from, CLE roots! There will never be another “ Brothers Gibb aka the Bee Gees.”
They aslo wrote songs for Barbra Streisand. In 1980 they wrote and produced her album Guilty. On this album are 2 duets with Barry, Guilty and What Kind Of Fool. Woman In Love was also on this album and that song went number 1 nearly everywhere in the world. Try to react to either of the 3 songs, they are just classics. In 2005 they made an anniversary album called Guilty Pleasure and here are also 2 duets between Barry and Barbra called Come Tomorrow and Above the Law.
Rhiannon Giddens is extremely talented, try her Louisiana Man on Austin City Limits ,barefootin, LA vie en rose playing guitar singing unaccompanied perfect French. Then Paul Simon's American Tune in various settings. Her voice is amazing too on its own account.
Another powerful voice that is matched with Barry Gibb's is Barbra Streisand. Her and Barry did 2 duets together. " Guilty " and " What Kind of Fool " They did the live version at Barbra's charity event. Check them both out ! Magic !!!!!
I love that you love the Bee Gees, and appreciate Celine Dion. She's also not my cup of tea, but I can't deny her greatness at what she did. I hope you keep listening to Bee Gees, from early to late. I'm here for it.
Is there hey duet with Whitney Houston and Céline Dion it would be dynamite I can’t choose between the two of them. They are both music to my heart. Thank you, Polo.

Barry Gibbs is the only one still alive.
Chain Reaction by Diana Ross, written by Barry Gibb, also with his backing vocals.
You Win Again is my absolute favourite! Pls check them out 🐨
If you like Bee Gees you would like another from Down under. Delivery, power, control. All of this is in his voice.
The song to hear is HELP by JOHN FARNHAM .
You could react to one Bee Gees song a week and it would take you years to get through them all. They are all pretty darned incredible too.
I saw a show where she sang this to Barry after his brothers passed and her brother and husband passed. It was very touching.
yes me too I saw that show also I wish they would rebroadcast it It was so touching watching Celine singing to Barry with tears in my eyes
That was a tribute show for the BeeGees. Keith Urban did an amazing job too, as well as Ed Sheeran. It is available on RUclips.
@@aletmartins6940 I wish Polo would have seen that show
Me too! Hope someone on here can give us the name.😢
@@vickiewiseman7112 Serch for Grammy Salute to the Bee Gees
Watching Celine sing this to Barry live not long ago was soul crushing...
The Bee Gees wrote this for Celine. To me she is like the female Bee Gee. Try listening to Barbra Streisand. She can hold her notes like nobody else.
You can tell this is a Bee Gees song. It’s beautiful - Celine and the Bee Gees sound amazing together.
You should react to two of the greatest female vocalists , Celine Dion and Barbra Streisand Tell Him, it's another belter. What incredible voices. Love your reactions.
Totally agree - amazing vocals

This is from "One Night Live in Las Vegas," 1997. Totally worth watching the entire show!
I never get tired of this concert❤
Polo, you have a lovely rich soothing
voice that is a dream to listen to💕🤗

My heart breaks for Celine.... GOD BE WTH HER.❤

This song is so beautiful and Celine is just the perfect singer for it. I hope you continue to explore all kinds of songs. Music brings us joy.🙂
They may be older, but they're classic!
Another great song written by the Bee Gees. Their rabbit hole covers 5 decades and so many songs that they wrote and others sang. You might like Islands In The Stream with Kenny Rogers and Dolly Parton duet. Bee Gees wrote it and you can hear their influence.
We played this song at my 2-year-old daughter's funeral.
Oh my word, God bless you 🙏
So sorry! Xx

My favourite Song ❤ By Celine and the Bee Gees
Great song and performance. Very special. Greatness!!
Thanks Polo - Appreciate you..
I totally agree..the term “greatness” can’t be applied to very many
people…Celine definitely being one, BeeGee’s another. ❤️🔥❤️🔥
They did record a version of this song that was just them singing it. However, the Bee Gees did write this song Immortality for Celine. It was written for a broadway play and sung by a guy in the play, but when they were writing it, they were envisioning Celine singing it.
This entire concert is phenomenal 👍
Celine Dion and Barbra Streisand- Tell Him is an amazing song also shows both of their voices beautifully! Loved this reaction
This concert was released as a film of their last concert together. "One Night Only" its a great soundtrack and film!
Celine Dion has got such a strong yet angelic voice.
Thank u u r brave and a true person who appreciates the Bee gees . They sang from ages 5 7 and 9. Perfection from growing up together and 50 years.
its a song about death...and how it isnt the end...how we all have a destiny and need to fulfill it ..we follow our dreams in this life...then go on to immortality
Just sublime!
There is a video of the making of 'Immortality' the first time Celine Dion sang and recorded it with them. Well worth seeing.
This is beautiful! My favorite Bee Gees featuring Celine ❤️. The Bee Gees were older when this was done; still fabulous. There is a video where the did this, but not in front of an audience…maybe it was the day it was recorded.

I have the CD 😂😂😂
Will You Still Love Me Tomorrow by the Bee Gees. It was written by Carol King, and was sung as a tribute to her.
I loved their version - even more than the original and any other covers.
Barry and Mo wrote the lyrics to this song in 5 mins. There is a video where they show coming together to sing this song. It's amazing.
They wrote the song in 3.5 minutes!

You should watch her performance of this on the Grammy Salute the The Bee Gees. She sang it to Barry, it was spectacular
This was 1997 when The Bee Gees were near their 50's by this time as you probably saw them in their much earlier years.

The Bee Gees wrote this song over the loss and grief they all felt for their younger brother, Andy Gibb, who passed away in 1988. It was very hard on them and so this was a tribute to that love they will always have for him.
The Bee Gees have their own version too - it's incredible !
Take a listen to Celine singing “With this Tear,” written for her by Prince. I think you’ll be blown away.
If you get a chance look up the writing credits for Bee Gees. You may be impressed 👏.
This song doesn't show her range. She has some crazy pipes.
More of Celine please!!
I grew up listening to the Bee Gees, I just love them. They wrote so many songs for other artists. This song written for Celine is just, Wow!

Watch Celine & Elvis. She did a great job with him.
Barbara striesand and Barry Gibbs song "Guilty" is pretty powerful... Check that one out too
The song was a tribute to their brother Andy Gibb who was a pop star on his own and died of a drug overdose
I love that you love the Bee Gees, and appreciate Celine Dion. She's also not my cup of tea, but I can't deny her greatness at what she did. I hope you keep listening to Bee Gees, from early to late. I'm here for it.
