When she found this out, from cycle after cycle of her older selves gradually both learning a little more and feeding a little more information to her younger selves, Claudia used it to speak with Adam and tell him how to finally break the knot, before she continued her usual role in the cycle (including her death).
He didn’t know it was impossible. He didn’t know that Adam still had things to do that were fixed in time, for all he knew he could have killed Adam there. He didn’t know for example that Adam still had to kill Martha to cause his own existence, or at least didn’t think it through. To him Adam was fair game, and he was very wrong.
Noah is truly one of the stupidest character.... he saw all the timeline but still he didn’t figure it out. The least he could do is warn his younger self about Adam’s intentions. Like older Claudia subtly hinted it to the younger one in the last cycle.

He specifically tells his younger self that he _won't_ explain how Adam betrays him and what's going on because he believes he's about to kill Adam, so he reasons that if he tells his younger self, his younger self will never go on the journey that will lead to this point. He believes he's tricking himself so that he can kill Adam. But he doesn't realize Adam has more actions that are fated and thus killing him is impossible. He then dies before he can warn himself.
He did warn himself, but it's only one time before he died. I believe if he didn't die, he'll warn his younger self more. The only mistake on his plan after he realized Adam betrayed him is, he doesn't know that was impossible to kill Adam at the time.

Eva doesn't have the Nielsens or Franziska, since they died in the apocalypse in her world, but she has almost everyone else that we meet in Adam's world. And all of them (Bartosz, both Noahs, Claudia, Egon, and both younger versions of herself) work for Erit Lux, and basically go through the motions to create all the births needed for the knot.

But clearly that God particle is non-existent following the apocalypse, since Jonas and Claudia are stuck in the apocalypse until 2052.
He tried to kill him because, at this point, they are at their oldest. Remember it was a young Noah / Hanno who told Jonas his older self existed. At that point all Noah knew was that Jonas / Adam will make it to old age and therefore time wouldn't allow Jonas to himself before then. Now as a grown, older man, he attempts to kill Adam to see if this was their destinies.
