SPOILERS FOR SEASON 3 FINALE! Well there's a theory that Marek and Sonja are Jonas and Martha (MArek Tanhhaus = Marta, Sonja is an anagram of Jonas). People theorize that in a Spiritual sense Jonas and Martha returned to their "original forms" when they saved them at the end of Season 3. So in a way Jonas and Martha could have normal lives in a way. At least that's what I tell myself to not feel crushing despair when I think of the end of this series.🙃

After the apocalypse, the timeline divides in 3 switch points: Timeline 1: Jonas survives the apocalypse hiding in the basement. Then, he and Claudia pass the last 32 years trying to activate the god particle, he becomes the stranger and travels to 2019 to help his younger self in cycle 1. In the apocalypse, he travels to 1888 and he is trapped in this time, 33 years later, he becomes Adam. Timeline 2: In the day of the Apocalypse, Jonas is waiting to his death. Then, Alt Martha appears and takes him to her world. Jonas finds out that the apocalypse happens in this world too by Eva in 3 days. He tries to convince Martha from this world about the end and the duo discover a secret that changes everything: Eva use Jonas because she know that Jonas was the one who led her to become the woman they see now. After that, Alt Martha shoots Jonas and a devasted Martha is with him, know that this event she turns into Eva. Timeline 3: On the day of the apocalypse, Jonas is surprised when Adam shows up. Then, they travel to Eva's world and Adam tells Jonas about the only way to destroy the knot once and for all. Jonas finds Alt Martha and the duo travel to the original world, where they avoid Tannhaus's family car accident. After this, Tannhaus never creates the time machine (which is the main cause that created the both worlds), so Jonas and Martha, their adult versions, Adam and Eve too, are erased from existence.
But if car accident never occurs then tanhhous never made that machine and nothing happend at all .. mean no jonas no martha .. then who the hell came back in original world to stop the car accident?
Aman Kumar it created a different timeline in the origin world itself where Tanhaus creation indirectly saved his family. They went in the past where Tanhaus is yet to create a Time Machine . Origin world has now become Schrödinger’s cat where Tanhaus family is both alive and dead at the same time resulting in different timelines.

I have often thought how tragic is the fate of Jonas, I feel sorry for him, I return to this series always when I am sad, or hopelessness if there is on my soul, a lot of revisited s2e6. if we say that everything is predetermined in every fate in the darkness, it is true, but all the life that you live you feel all the same as your own, but another thing is to know what will be your life and try to change that, which in the end will be another reason for such a future.
that must occur during the year he spends with claudia between leaving with her after michael's suicide and fetching her younger self in '87, right??? when do you think they spent the rest of that year? it can't have (all) been in 2052/3 because they don't seem to have overlapped with his younger self when he was doing his survivalist thing....
He even acknowledged that Hannah and Ulrich were having an affair. It makes me wonder how he found out. Did he get up in the middle of the night to use the bathroom and hear moaning coming from Hannah's bedroom or something? Then again, they also do it early in the morning, so would he get woken up by it too?
