Thanks for this awesome park spotlight, Jonny! Happy you enjoyed the reshade renders too! On a huge park like this you have to make compromises, so I left out most interiors and now spoted many monir details that now bug me. On next projects will defintily have a more eagle's eye on that and will keep projects smaller... aint have time for another 4 years for something in PlaCo..1 ..
I was actually surprised how good your fps were. And funny to see how different angled views had more or less impact. Little japan was very low on fps. Albatross isn't that fast (you were on two times speed for like the last half of the video XD) but it is still probably too intense for real life. Fun fact: The second half and so (Colossal, Eagle's Nest and SFPC) came way earlier than Alpen Express or Spy Alarm. :)
Eagle's Nest is defintily the new Channel 5 approved main attraction! it definitly is from a visitors perspective, which I never had so intense like you did. Let's keep Haku the coaster enthusiast's/bird's eye favorite ;-) And Haku is just half as impressive without it's original (but copyrighted) score from Two Steps From Hell. Some reshade declaration: it's indeed my custom reshade setup, but one of the easy ones. No depth information needed filters are active. So there are is just some CC, ambient light and grain adjustmensts and it works fine with the running game/visting style. But as I was able to see in the video, the vanilla colors were way of from my intened/reshaded colors, so keep that in mind if you start using reshade.
Btw anyone should be aware that the motion blur was added in After Effects using RSMB and the screencaps were recorded at 10% speed.

Claude, as I have only being playing on console for 4 months I realise my words hold little gravites but your work is simply amazing. I was glad to read you reduced something on the interiors off to make it more viewable as I could not believe you had that much detail on the outside but not the inside. I can't begin to imagine the skill and effort involved but I am so impressed and inspired, I so need to get a computer and learn more. Sounds a bit wet but thanks for doing and sharing.i am in awe, well done mate.i don't understand what it takes to be legend status but that is a legendary park, I wanted to visit. Amazing.

Absolutely incredible work Claude! My favourite realistic park ive seen on PlanCo. Alpen Express was my favourite because of the story it told and the incredible attention to detail - but all the environments are amazing and every spot in the park had its own unique feeling. Cant wait to see more of your stuff. Btw 100% gets my vote for legendary status.

Seems as if there really isn’t a middle ground, there are creators that choose to make extremely realistic parks and there are those that will create the fantasy parks of their dreams, But wow, working on this park for 4 years!!! It’s outstanding.
Some of those coasters would be HATED in real life. But they're also so realistic, great job with the layouts!
4 years in the making, I would be disapointed if there was not that stunning amount of details.
This park is simply fantastic. Both for scenary and imagination, this is truely a masterpiece, but on top, we get utlimate treat with the 60FPS recording. Thank you so much to the creator and for channel5 to have this one featured. Loved every moment of this broadcast.

This is amazing! I wasn't expecting to watch the whole video but it's so worth it. What I love especially is how the coasters are actually long and well paced, without taking up unrealistic amounts of space.
I am simply blown away by what these content creators can do. It takes a great technical and creative skillset to make parks like these come to life. Huge thumbs up for all of his hard work!

I know this is old, but I discovered your channel several months ago when I got Planet Zoo. I love how you compliment the creators, the fascination with the game, the way you offer gentle criticism. I love these videos. It amazes me! I am still staring at a blank sandbox in planet zoo months later. (After I played the tutorial for awhile to make sure I caught on)

Absolutely beautiful, I could never convince myself to take that much time adding that level of realism and theme work, but I also do design work for a living so I can usually only muster the patience to design a roller coaster and then be done with it. I look forward to seeing your next project....that being said, I get over critical on the smoothness of my own designs which is why I was surprised to hear him boast about the transitions in the track, I thought they reminded me of my early designs before I learned of the 4m-track-and-smooth process. Still absolutely breath taking detail man, I don't have anything on that.
This is absolutely stunning. I’ve seen a lot of these park spotlight videos and this is by far the best. I especially liked the interaction between rides and scenery. Take the Wild Mouse for instance. It was easily missable and if you did miss it, most people would be like “oh it’s only a wild mouse”. But miss it at your peril, it’s interaction is superb, just like the majority of the rides on show.
If I had one slight criticism it is that some of the rides finales are a little tame, but this could also easily be a preference of my own, and it no way ruins the park in any way
This is easily a 10/10. Forget park of 2021 this should win the park of forever..or whatever you want to call it.

I personally can't wait to get this game because I want to be a part of this community so badly. I believe I would be great at this game, and would love to see something featured of mine featured here some day.

Reshade is super easy to turn on and off with a single hotkey; definitely worth using.
I'm EXTREMELY new to this CS and other themepark designing software and just how creative and brilliant these people are creating these masterpieces! "SPEECHLESS" & "UNBELIEVABLE" just dont properly do them justice! I mean, i'm a graphic designer and I know they probably make things easier to develop than trying to tackle them pixel by pixel or minecraft(another game I've never played) building style but to take 4 years to design something that incredible is insane and well commended. You definitely deserve a break and an award!
I just can't say enough about how in awe I am about how detailed these brilliant creations are and the time it takes to not only plan them out(which im definitely interested in) but to actually execute the layout and how you are going to direct the people/rides and get them on and off those rides. We're not even talking about the restrooms, restaurants, theming, lighting and characters to say the least...I mean come on! This is just the second park I have seen(thanks to youtubes unbelievable algorithm) and I am just "HOOKED"!
I dont unfortunately have the ability to create one of these myself but maybe one day soon I can beat this disease and get the necessary components and software and teach myself how to do it all and give it a try. Of course by then we might FINALLY have flying cars and more but we'll see! I'm not quitting! 💪
4 years though? Hats off to the designer....I mean, truly incredible work of art/architecture and more. I'll definitely keep this one in my top memory banks (for what that's worth) and try to submit it for a well deserved award!(if not too late) Keep up the great work my friend!💪👏 💯% bad@$$!

Sorry I'm late on this (I've been so busy lately), but congrats on 100k subs!!!!! Holy crap! You were at like 1,500 subs when I found this channel (and I wanna say that was only like 3 or 4 years ago). So awesome seeing this channel continue to soar. Keep up the great work man! This video was excellent as well. Amazing park. I wish I had the time to get on Planet Coaster, I'm jealous of those who get to. Your videos have always helped me at least get a taste of the game, even though not as hands on as I'd prefer. One day, I'll have the time for it (and a computer that can run it well).
The main attraction of the park reminds me of the Blue fire at Europapark. On the one hand, the cars have a certain similarity with the cars that ride on the Blue fire (these also have these overhead bars with handle, on which you can then read your own heartbeat). And on the other hand, the ride also starts with a short-circuit - but here by an animatronically depicted electrician who goes to the switchboard with his screwdriver...

I have been slowly savoring watching this park since it has been released. Finally finishing this morning. As I’ve watched it the awe I have felt never ceased. I could feel the love you put into this- it shows even with the train ride - no amount of detail was spared- it felt so immersive as if we were in a vacation in Southern California at a real theme park! I would say this is Legend quality and I don’t know how much impact this comment will have weeks later but at least rank this creator up to Master.
@Jonny - I really appreciate the time you took exploring this park - I had just as much fun as you did AND thank you for the train POV at end of spotlight! We would’ve missed out on some fun little vistas & experience the park from this perspective!
Looking forward to seeing another creation by this creator and honestly- I don’t care if I takes another 4years to be finished- I think we and Channel5 Gaming will still be here! So get creating! 😉

Not only did they create fun little sections and neat rides, but I think it interesting to see that Haku and little Japan all seem to have heavy inspiration, from Studio Ghibli's "Spirited Away." Using the a main character's name and his colors might make it a bit more than " inspired by" but overall it was very nicely done. I also understand you commented saying you sacrificed insides for the external details and willing to make such a commitment to save a few frames, and then sacrificing your computer to a blaze of fire to use Reshade, Claude you're a #Legend to me. This is a wonderful project that I will absolutely wait for a 3090 TI before even thinking of trying. xD

Amazing work Claude, seen a lot of re-shade pics on discord but never a full mega-parks worth of vids & the build quality both of the rides & the scenery was awesome. Without seeing your workshop I'd say a jump to legend is maybe a bit much to ask but definitely #master!
The eye-level "walk" throughs are what makes this channel. It gives the continuity of a real-life theme park journey.... Without all of the hours of sweating shoulder-to-shoulder with strangers.

Just found this. Whatever the highest level, this is that. Definitely legendary. Stumbled on your channel and this game because of getting excited about cedar fair season passes and watching roller coasters vids. Now I am very intrigued about this whole new world I just found!

That Alpine Express coaster is pretty damn cool. I like how they put snow on the tracks (though I wish they did more of it so it seems like an avalanche wiped out the tracks) and some great lights in the crystals in the cave. There is a few questionable moments with the brake blocks that I felt were unnecessary. But overall a great coaster.

Ok - first of all, incredible park! The amount of hours spent on every single detail is evident. Thoroughly enjoyed it, wish this park was a real place we could visit! I did enjoy the re-shade POVs, however, I don't think I would like it all the time. They make the POVs look more realistic, but the color is so dull and faded out, and I don't love that. Seems I'm in the minority here, but I actually think I prefer the more vibrant look of standard PlanCo. That said, I thought experiencing this park in this way was a treat. Also want to shout out Claude for outstanding music choices for the POVs - each one fit the experience perfectly!
Oh... also - best use of a reverse freefall coaster I've ever seen!
the joy of reshade though is that you can literally just use one key as a hotkey to turn on and off. Also the reshade in this is realistic because it is, colours are like this in real life, look around you right now, it's not a cartoon, that's exactly why cartoons are so drastic to our human eyes, because how unsaturated colours are in the real world.
I think Ralph’s Carrot Farm is probably a play on Knot’s berry farm, it’s a really cool theme park in California, it’s run by the same people who run Cedar Point
This is an amazing park I hopefully can one day install this game and make amazing parks like this one good job
The Alpen Express mine coaster definitely had that Silvarret vibe with all those emergency sidewalks next to the track. Now Silv needs to do a re-shade of Jagerhorn.

The reshade is a game changer keep this in all videos awesome!!! I’d love to see reshade for last years park of the year “Frozen Koasters” that would be insane. This park and Frozen are the best parks to date in my opinion. This guy deserves Legend.
I loved this. This was a completely new way to experience planet coaster ON TOP of the beautiful realism. This looks like it could be an actual park in real life. I think this person deserves Expert. Once they get their skills on interior decor to the level of their exterior, then they are easily Master or Legend

ReShade is a wonderful idea imho. It's pretty easy to turn on and off, so maybe you can let creators tell you whether they want it on or off.
Parks like this are the main source of inspiration for my park and the reason why I'm happy this game is on console. Only thing I'm not happy with is the game storage limitations. Figured out about it with my first ever park so it just looked stupid when I "finished"
