Finally you use english translation. Thank you so much. I have some difficulty hearing. And auto translate doesn't make sense sometimes. I always try your recipe. Great recipe as always. ❤️🔥❤️🔥❤️🔥
Thank you very much for the recipe, looks delicious and simple. 2 questions, please: What is mirin and how can I substitute it, if unable to find in Europe? And what could I use to substitute the sake? We do not consume any alcohol, also not for cooking.
I’ve been making a lot of teriyaki lately. It’s such a good staple
THIS will be my dinner tonight! thank you for the inspiration. 🥰

are the white long onion, leaks?
Can I make it like this when I'm pregnant, or should I omit the Sake?
Alcohol will evaporate during cooking so it's not an issue, but you can simply skip adding sake, too. It'll still taste good.
Is the sake normal drinking sake?
Cooking sake will do just fine here, but you can use regular drinking sake, too.
