I took out the fliprack when the tine clip fell off, then had no idea how it fit int the front clip! So I removed the more complex front clip and got it figured out. It was hard but I did it.
@@AllReg The long groove on the clip goes on top, holding the flipracks leg. The back of the fliprack fits under an impression on the rack. There is a flat end of the clip, like a T, it points left. Under that is where the clip fits to the rack, sliding on. It is difficult to figure out as it's the only one.

My time clip must be a newer version. Very confusing to put it back on the rack 😮
