I've been posting about your broadcast and boasting about how awesome you are thank you Captain for making my weekends and my Friday night thank you again
Thank you for the effort you put in to making this channel! I found you a week ago and have subbed. I'm here for the cartoons of my childhood in the 60's and 70's 😁 and loving it!
I recently discovered your channel, and was thrilled to find Fantastic Voyage, which I remember from its original broadcast, but haven’t been able to find since. Lots of great stuff on your channel, but that’s especially meaningful to me. Thanks!
You have some seriously awesome collectables Sir! I wish I still had some of the ones I had, but thankfully I still have my comic book collection and my binder filled with assorted Marvel Trading Cards that I started collecting in 1990 at age 10! I also have some other cool Relics that I have acquired over the years; but your collection is something to behold, Sir.
Also, the "SABRINA" cartoon series originated from CBS's "THE ARCHIE COMEDY HOUR", which debuted on September 13, 1969, and later spun-off into "SABRINA AND THE GROOVY GOOLIES", which premiered on September 12, 1970. CBS, impressed with the success of the Sabrina character, later divided the two Filmation Associates-produced cartoon series in Fall 1971, as two half-hour series. Lou Scheimer, the founder of Filmation Associates, had originally wanted to do an animated series based on Screen Gems' popular "BEWITCHED" TV series on ABC, but that idea was quickly scrapped because Screen Gems and Hanna-Barbera Productions in the 1960s, had a very special relationship with each other before Hanna-Barbera was sold to The Taft Broadcasting Company in 1966, and since the cartoon studio did the animated credit openings to "BEWITCHED", and later used the "Samantha and Darrin" characters on an episode of "THE FLINTSTONES" in 1965, Scheimer's idea to try doing a BEWITCHED cartoon series was not possible, but someone at Archie Comics Publication had shown Lou Scheimer and Norm Prescott a character that was first published in Archie Comics in 1963 called "Sabrina", and from there, the rest was history, and Sabrina made her official TV debut in 1969 through Filmation Associates. The Filmation Sabrina left the Saturday Morning airwaves in 1973 when she was last seen and later returned in a new Filmation series called "THE NEW ARCHIE-SABRINA HOUR" for NBC Saturday Mornings in Fall 1977.
Good work. Keep going. I hate on ppl who don’t on here. Balancing karma. Born 77. Gray beard too. Feels like USA CARTOON EXPRESS. I would still watch that but they were lazy. Like that whole generation. You feel like the way you wanted it. Not change everything every 6 mos for no reason. I used to buy the 80s gi joes if under ten for myself like your Battlestar Sylons. Spell check. From stores like yours. Let’s all grow together. Better than daytime talk! Zane Morris.
Also. Those retro commercials. Have hours that make it through. Suggesting. Not that this sucks at all. A guy named JOHNRIGGS does nes games in Washington state I follow with you. He does WHAT YOU WERE PLAYING IN 1987. For when you need to change format for variety. Zm.
