The Art of Expression (Piano) orchestrated by you I'm sure, is and shall be FOREVER cherished by countless PIANIST LOVERS/MUSICAL ARTIST throughout the UNIVERSE... I bow!
Such a great performance. I heard things from Beethoven that I had not heard before. She brings Beethoven alive in a way that very few pianists can. What a brilliant and beautiful young lady
Je suis d'accord, moi-même pianiste amateur, je ne puis qu'admirer la profondeur et la couleur de son interprétation, je suis loin de la valoir. Bravo à elle !
My grandmother was a grand pianist and organist and as she taught us she always said anyone can just play music but when you put your heart into it and enjoy what your playing it changes what your playing so others have the full experience of enjoying it.
I worked for years as technician for Yamaha piano's. Good to see that more good pianists play them in concerts and recordings in stead of allways the same Steinway.
@@vonnihughes9085 The quality controls are very strict. We were required to apply the same standards and tolerances for every single piano, from the smallest B1 to the concert grand. Sth that is often lacking for other manufacturers.
An intense fiery emotional outpouring of the heart and soul of Beethoven. Anastasia is the ideal channel for the expression of Beethoven's emotions. A very involving performance.
And my first hearing was this dull damp Saturday morning here in South Devon after hearing YoYo Ma and a pianist duet (as a verb) One day over the rainbow. - or is it Some day ? What now seems like a hundred years ago; stayed with my niece and her husband in Dallas.. I heard the Dallas S O and a lady with a nice voice sing the last of Strauss's "Four Last Songs" -abendtrot ..cycled the park, visited the art gallery, saw the playhouse and had my first taste of Mexican cuisine . Be very happy to come back and do it all over again. If I heeeeear the word awesome..pronounced Ossum once more I shall just have to break something..there is... believe it or not, there is a much better adjectiveto describe something that pleases and impresses. My best wishes Don F
30 minutes of beauty and pureness. Artisttic Beauty is beyond material beauty and all kind of materiality. If you hear this kind of beauty in a concert, it will follow you the rest of your life. All the rest is just dust. It is like love.
There were so many wonderful composers from the Baroque through Romantic periods. Bach, Beethoven, Chopin, Lizst, Mozart just to name a few. Beethoven was so forceful with most of his compositions as Chopin was romantic. I wish we had composers like that today!!!
Here we go again ! You reflect your feelings so well with such virtuosity that I can't keep myself from listening to you all the time. Beethoven would have loved to listen to you...

Anastasia I have just listened the Sonata number 8,23, and 30.It was nice to discover you today ,you are an amazing pianist , nice to listen and to watch you. You are are also very elegant and beautiful.
I played classical music on piano as a kid but came no where near the mastery this woman possesses. She doesn't even look at the keys because it's all part of her, as well as having all those compositions etched in her head. Utterly magnificent.
As soon as you are semi professional or so, you have so much practice that the Piano is an extension of you, you can't play fast and smooth/natural if you have to locate the keys. She does look at the keys, but not to make sure where what is, is it "ready at hand". It is like that in all professions. She is then further than an "ordinary" professional and you can hear that in the touch of the keys.
There was tea, coffee for stimulation, now it's the symbiosis of listening to your sensitive and voluptuous interpretations that puts me in unison, thank you for everything Cris
Russia gives birth to great musical talents. Beethoven's fascinating music unites the nations of the world. Good luck, Anastasia! Удачи Вам, Анастасия! 🙌 👏🏻 💓(I'm Czech)
Good players are not always good instructors or coaches. Look at the olympics. The coaches are usually not former olympic champions; but they can bring out the best in an athlete. Look at the best coaches in baseball and football: they are usually “C” players, not “A” players. The reason: with “A” players excellence comes almost naturally; everyone else needs to work at it.

There are many ways to understand (and hence) play the Grave introduction of the so-called "Pathetic" sonata. The most convincing vision is still the old Yves Nat's version. Nevertheless, Anastasia Huppmann offers to us a very coherent and interesting vision.

I agree, just think how much music these pianists hold in their brains, they can pick off a sonata of our choice as easy as shelling peas. The dexterity, how quickly their fingers work the keyboard and they go on playing into their 80's +, Rubinstein, Horowitz...
