The second movement is so deeply beautiful and elegant. What a masterpiece, so beautifully preserved and re-lived by these magnificent musicians. God bless Daniil.
That's the way Mozart should be played ! Bravo!
not only Daniil, but the entire orchestra is impressive...!
Hello
Placing ads in the middle of a Mozart concerto is a crime against humanity
EZ NAGYON IGAZ!
STOP PUBLICITÉ!!!!!!!!
😂
I will never buy a Chevrolet.
Haha 😂😂
😢
ignorant people would make fun of the pianist, he has a gift from God and is bringing happiness to millions of people
It really pisses me off that they do that to him. What a great gift to the world he is. Such an amazing pianist, but people are so freaking shallow.
The music passes through Daniil's system as part of him
Probably the best recording of this concerto, the lightness of the orchestra matches Daniil's touch perfectly, but can be heavy when needed. Truly captured the spirit of Mozart.
Mr. Trifonov is so young but he plays Mozart sublimely. The israeli orchestra excellent too!
Every note from Trifonov is perfect. His timing is perfect. But there is something else. You can feel he sets the tone for the entire orchestra. He inspires how they play. He is the soul of this musical interpretation.
Undoubtedly one of the greatest pianists alive today, and in whose presence we have the privilege to experience Daniil’s fabulous technique and interpretation, no matter what he plays, thus giving us the chance to feel the inner depths of such glorious music
This way he looks by playing piano is the proof for me that he can feel the real music and the emotions in it with his heart and that he understand all this wonderful things which Mozart wanted to say with his music. You can here the sweetness and the magic in his playing. A amazing pianist.
The andante that Daniil played is sheer heaven! Never heard it played so beautifully!
I totally agree. He and Bernstein has hit the exactly right tempo! I have never heard it played so controlled and the same time passionate. That goes for the orchestra too. The way the clarinette and the flute comes in after the piano entry in the andante is unforgettable!
It is beautiful music!!!!!!!!❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
As a Professional pianist, I have to say that this is the most beautiful playing and so much emotion which is far more important than technical perfection.
What about Ms. Mitsuko Uchida? Danil is great but, to me, Mitsuko is the best Mozart's interpreter 💕
Although Trifinov is a technical Titan

Lo le lo lo op
Personally I love Daniil's facial expressions, I think he is a beautiful human being inside and out! He obviously gives all of his feelings over to the music he loves, and we benefit from it! How can we ask for more. Thank you Daniil, we love you!
Gloria Masters I do too, it’s all so natural, that makes him who he is, a very beautiful soul expressed by all his piano playing!!!!!!
I totally agree .And he is so sweet as well.🤗
Completely agree! His technique is wonderful, and his inspiration and interpretation is a pleasure! We hear his soul sing in a way that would be a pleasure to Mozart!
I love hearing Daniil playing the piano, it is more than hearing, it is communicating music to the hart, and that is what music is about.

Thanks Arthur Rubinstein for uploading this beautiful work. Who would know better than you.
Daniil Trifonov is heavenly and Mozart is my favourite composer of all time. And this one is my favourite Mozart Piano Concerto, so far!
I've been listening to Mozart for more than 50 years, I long ago lost count of how many times I've heard this concerto.
But Trifonov's playing of the second movement was a revelation to me. Wonderful.
n43510 Have you tried Hélène Grimaud ?
I love Mozart to for more 30 years :-)
Wonderful - beyond words. Especially the second movement - like in heaven
My favorite performance of this piece is by Rubenstein himself. Both the orchestra and Rubinstein's playing itself brought out tragic aspects of the second movement so powerfully yet without the slightest amount of affectation or exaggeration which I have found in some performances. I remember playing it for a friend and she told me she couldn't listen to it because she would cry. I played it anyway. She did become tearful, but she survived, and I dare say, she was the better for it.
For me no. 23 is a miracle of beauty. Stunning. I never lost my love of this piece. Thank you for posting!
Bravo, Daniel! If people criticise his looks, they do not know what they are missing. He is one with the music and he plays with his heart and soul. I can't get sleep after listening to this. My mind and ears wants more and more of the same. He is the genius, indeed!
His actually good looking.
@@celinekhalid7548yes! H'is very handsome
Why do people criticize his "looks"? He looks fine to me. More important--as you point out--he plays this concerto really beautifully!
Very beautiful ! Music from Heaven played by fantastic Maestro Trifonov and Israel Camerata Orchestra.
A musical feast indeed. Wow ! The orchestra and Deniil Trifonov relived the times of Mozart. Absolute treat to watch. The pianist is just incredible and his playing brings an out of the world experience. He mesmerizes with his playing. I get the joy of my lifetime when I watch him play. I never get tired of watching it again and again. A fantastic concerto indeed to say the least.

If you've never cried to Mozart before, the middle movement is a good place to start. An astonishing piece expertly and beautifully played.
😇dear Daniil, every time, I hear you playing this part Adagio, tears in my eyes, thnxxx for your wonderful playing
BEAUTIFUL MUSIC!!!!
Daniil Trifonov plays this Mozart Concerto, so smooth and beautiful. Very amazing !
Hydraulic Press Smoothly and beautifully 😉
Mr. Trifonov gives life and logical sense to every musical phrase, making possible to experience the ideas and feelings of the composer. He is undoubtedly one of the greatest pianists of the 21st century.
He is high on the list for last century, too.
One of the best pianists to ever live.
I agree, there is beauty here and fine feeling, but no need to take it so fast. Since the time of this recording, the true tempi at which Mozart played has been brought to light by Wim Winters of Authentic Sound. He needs your support, whether you can give money or provide him with an orchestra.
This is for whoever that wants a specific mov.
1st mov. 0:47 (piano part starts at 3:05)
2nd mov. 12:43
3rd mov. 19:39 the actual piano playing starts here: 20:35
btw 3rd is my favorite movement, possibly a story of Merry and Pippin from lord of the rings 🤨
I haven't known a single person who doesn't like a adagios.

When I listen to Mozart's music (as well as Beethoven's music) I literally go to heaven and stay there until it ends. This is exactly what I feel. Unfortunately, most of the people don't know this feeling, sometimes because they don't even listen to rhis music
Mmhm it's old or for geniuses. That's what I thought initially. I don't listen to much classical music but I try to be diverse and listen to different genres of music so that I'm well-rounded.

@@SarahJones-wy5us I had the pleasure to attend a concert by Daniil Trifonov 5 years ago at the Palau de la Musica in Barcelona and I enjoyed every single minute of it, at the end the audience stood for more than 10 minutes screaming!
Next season he will come back
to Barcelona, I bought the ticket the first day they were sold! ❤️❤️❤️❤️ him!!
sublimely beautiful. Mozart would have been proud of you Daniil!
I don't care what people say about how he looks when he plays. If that helps him play his best, then I'm all for it.
Absolutely agree !!!
You look that way when music plays you! He is exceptional in every sense!!
He looks like a cute little ferret.
HAH! YES :)
He doesn't even notice. It takes a lot to play with this much emotion....Best rendition of the 2nd movement I ever heard
This is such a beautiful piece, especially played by Danil.... It was such a tragic thing that Mozart died so young, if he hadn't what would the world have sounded like? The more I hear of Mozart the more I love his genius to music....
17:19 Oh Mozart why did you have to leave us at such a young age 😭 my favorite composer.
I always wonder what he would have done in the following years, God music, sure
One of the greatest pieces of music ever written
Daniel Trifonov filled the second part of Mozart’s concert with unreal insight, without losing Mozart’s style! Bravo! Bravo! Bravo !!!
Leonardo da Vinchi Mozart’s style was that of the Classical Period in music history. His personality, musicianship, soul are something else.
Leonardo da Vinchi Of course, spotted his talent very early ,he is very very special, saw him play at the Southbank London his techniques on all musical fronts amazing.
He plays heavenly and looks like an angel while doing so. Technical finesse is unbeatable. Amongst the top 5!
Which are: Ladies...Yuja Wang, Helene Grimaud, Valentina Lisitsa, Alice Sarah Ott, Kathia Buniatishvilli, Olga Pashenko. Only new generation. Not mention Ushida, Argerich etc.
Men: Matsuev, Trifonov, Levit, Perianes, Thibaudet, Lang Lang, Fray.... Not mention the monsters Barenboim, Ashkenazi etc.
Such nuance, such emotion, such spirit. Perfection.
Poético y sensible. Bravo.

Daniil Trifonov, un pianist excepțional. Felicitări, pentru munca depusa și emoția cantarii!!!
unreal, just perfect, his flow, and the ability to deliver..
My favourite Mozart Piano Concerto. I first heard a recording of it with the spring sunshine flooding through my window - music and weather seemed to blend into a single experience that touched my heart.
To all who made this possible. Thank you!
Perhaps the best interpretation of this concert I've ever heard.
Breathtaking performance!
Daniil and the orchestra are absolutely professional musician souls. Sensational colours and magical music in the air! Thank you for giving me a chance to listen Mozart’s genius talent in such a highest level of interpretation of my favourite piano concerto. ❤️

When I am in the gym and working out with headphones on, I don’t care about any musician‘s looks. Bravissimo!
Daniil, Mozart, and the entire orchestra are all soooo talented!😀
Divine music, from different world..
Have never seen so expressive piano player. He lives the music, he feels he is music himself. Amazing.
Love how emotional the adagio is that even the French horn player at 17:30 just visually enjoys the music.
I think it is at this moment that a conception begins in the mother's womb, It is at this moment. (17:30)
Daniil Trifonov plays with great sensitivity, and delicateness the 23rd Piano Concerto of Mozart. There is an aura of sublimity in his rendition, as if we were not on earth, but in the heavenly spheres of the Gandharvas. This interpretation moves me to tears.
My comment is above the music.
He's amazing, but it looks like he's having mental problems while playing. Lol
Some problems with keeping his face neutral, without grimaces, yes. Anyhow, he is improving.
Marianne Uhrendorf why sjould he have to have his face neutral?
You see, human beings express and communicates to others through words and the voice but also through the expression on their face. If the expression on the face contradicts what the pianist is trying to express by playing, he is hindering his listeners to understand and enjoy the piece played. Some pianists have decided to keep a calm face while playing - Arthur Rubinstein for instance - and some are just letting their expression be as it happens.
Artur Rubinstein quoted Artur Schnabel: "Mozart: too easy for children, too difficult for artists." That's because they've heard Daniil Trifonov play this concerto!
Bizzy Slivovitz Because they haven’t heard?
One of the best performances i ever heard for this concerto! So moving, so true in the second movement...
Mozart’s sublime piece, he said angels whispered the piece to him. Dan channels Amadeus as he plays. As most prolific players do. Absolute Masterpiece
What a delightful way to spend half an hour watching this performance! It is marvelous and thank you!
This is one of the most perfect, beautiful piano concertos ever written played by a young pianist giving his all and people are complaining how he looks. Mozart is too good for some.
Pearls before swine.
alex melia he looks very good!!! Plays beautifully!!!!

Wishing someone, anyone would come to my house and play the piano for me or just play the piano for the heck of it....🎶🌹🐶🥂😘
They most likely belong to the crowd that thinks Lang Lang is too subdued.
He is excellent and he is able to let the piano speaks with emotion. I like the way he plays the score.
The kid can play Mozart. Nothing "creepy" about his expressions, he's just definitely and sincerely into the music. Now, regarding his hair and bow tie, both need attention. But my gracious, 20 years old and such understanding of this work of genius.
Who cares about his hair and bow tie? If he were a hobo with clothes full of holes, such remarkable musicianship, love, skill and sensitivity would overcome everything else.
@silver bud Mozart was such a genius I am almost certain he will recognize the talent of this young man and appreciate a different interpretation!

Such an exquisitely beautiful piano concerto.

I was up close with him once and his ability to get a specific sound out of the piano was incredible. He asked for some minor changes to be made to the instrument and when the tuner was done he played a few bars of a Chopin and promptly left the building. I wallked to the piano immediately afterwards to try and recreate his sound. It took about 12 attempts to get it and I had to concentrate all the way. His sound changes depending on the rep. He is a truly astonishing artist. As a postscript to that story, he was nowhere to be found until minutes to his recital. He was dishevilled and eating a pie out of a bag - someone straightened his tie and took the pie off him, gave him a towel to wipe his hands. He never spoke but just walked on stage and played like a god. Utterly breathtaking ability.
Like a BOSS!
Everyone needs something before he or she goes onstage. In the case of famous Mozart pianist Geza Anda, a chain smoker, he was often found puffing on a cigarette right up until the very last moment, crushing out the butt as he walked onstage from the wings.
