    At the end you are going to put few coats of varnish ? It's so easy to well maintain after that.

    The floors look fabulous. I’m impressed with your knowledge of tree species. Sadly regarding this being a “historic” restoration, there is nothing historic about the remuddling of the once beautiful paneling.
