A little bit of info i could impart on you, I noticed your videos are choppy sometimes, I run Linux on my main rig, and Minecraft is one of the few games that actually runs better on Linux, could give you the extra boost to make more complex contraptions.
Thx for the tips, but the game is not lagging it’s actually the physics engine lagging they run at different tick rates Edit: plus I’m not surprised it lagged my latest build used 47 VS2 ships overall
@FoochieA that's insane, yeah no wonder the physics were lagging. If the physics engine runs in Java it'll still squeeze some extra performance out of it. I don't know if it is or not but, I daily drive Linux for just daily tasks, and Linux isn't for everyone, but if you play single player games, and multiplayer games without anticheat, it's a pretty decent operating system to give a shot. I personally play with multiple mods in Minecraft, and running it in Linux just gives it a little more performance. I also personally play scrap mechanic a lot, and it gets frustrating when you try to build massive contraption and the game just tanks to 20fps. That game is pretty balanced between operating systems, because it doesn't run in Java, but most Java based programs get a performance boost when running on Linux.
