其實而家已經講緊今年仲會減到0.75下年減多1%美國九月份都應該開始減息。而家溫哥華啲租金咁貴，如果真係減息而有能力買屋點會唔去買，特登喺度俾租金。樓市係一定會上升。
多謝留言。其實有報告指出，加拿大開始減息嘅時間太遲同埋太慢，所以可能嚟緊嘅時間減息速度會比預期快。之前的確有唔少準買家因為高利息而轉買為租，但係已經踏入減息周期，有心置業自用嘅買家，其實而家係入市嘅最好時候，相信持續減息同埋過埋暑假樓市淡季，市場氣氛應該逐漸活躍，銷售數字應該會慢慢回升。至於價錢升定跌，好難一刀切，影片都講咗，有時啲政策真係估佢唔到，溫哥華樓市除咗利息，影響得比較大都係政策，而且唔同城市、唔同物業種類，都會有唔同嘅市場，不過整體樓市應該會慢慢復甦。如果你將來需要我幫手處理買賣物業，歡迎隨時聯絡我。wa.me/16048254588
