- This is another diorama build that was originally uploaded in several parts a few years ago and was one of my entries in to a Battle of Kursk group build hosted by Coen Scale Modelling and My Modelling World here on RUclips.
The diorama was made before I started filming my builds so I'm afraid its just a slide show and If you've seen it before then hopefully you'll enjoy watching it again.

Wow! Seeing your dioramas is just bringing history back to life
I do like the stunning details on the ground, the beautiful bridge...and, of course, the vehicles and figures...
Glad you enjoyed it 👍
I said I was only watching one more video it's now 1am 🤦♀️
Your fab cant stop watching
😂👍
The weathered timber of the bridge is OUTSTANDING!
👍
What a great diorama. I like the way the figures interact.
Thank you, Cheers 👍
merci pour votre reponse à propos de ma question....bravo....encore...au plaisir de vous connaitre et de decouvrir vos superbes travaux
It's masterpiece ! I'm happy that I could watch such a diorama. Thanks for uploading.
All that work and I think my favorite part is the huddle around the Russian tank crewman. You can get a very real sense of their interrogation. Also, I wonder in reality if a Tiger could indeed cross that wooden bridge without collapsing it. I am not an engineer so I have no idea, merely pondering. ;) Great work, CW.
Thanks 👍......yup, the bridge is structurally sound for its span as I checked with a Structural Engineer....my Dad 😉
Superb diorama and great theme : Battle of Kursk 1943 . The TIGER I is looking amazing and also the figures . Thank you for sharing , my friend !🙂👍
Glad you enjoyed it 👍
Ich liebe dieses Diorama, es ist so detailliert, alleine der MP40 schütze der in den Busch pinkelt.
Das bekommt einen Like und diesen Komentare, mach weiter so 😁😉
Master at work
Another outstanding dio. Lovely work with the figures. A real gem of a build
Thank you kindly 👍
Awesome dio.
Thank you Cheers 👍
Awesome work. Thanks for doing this. One aspect typically found on non-standard bridges is a wear surface for the vehicle tires. Easier to replace that than bridge structural joists. Also for modelling gives opportunity to heavily wear bridges and perhaps illustrate for example a tank’s tracks straddling the wear surface, tearing up joists and illustrating a load not intended for the structure. I love your work! Cheers
What a nice job! Really tells a compelling story.
Thanks 👍
Very nice looks great
excellent work.
Amazing. Incredible Work!
Fantastic craftsmanship, well done 👍
I love this diorama, great figure painting and river effects 👍
Awesome model mate, nicely composed & thought through👍. Loving the figure selection & what you’ve done with them, nice work on the 2 tanks too. Cool scenario with the tanker guy getting the third degree! Great work as per usual, consistently setting the standards - nice one Ian👏👏🙂
Cheers Simon 👍
Beautiful job!
Thank you 👍
Disregard my comment. You included the wear surface and nailed it as usual! I spoke too soon. Cheers!
lol 😉
Awesome, sir.
Thank you Sir 👍
really nice work mate 👍
Amazing job as usual CWM. I’m not sure which I admire the most, your modelling work, or your diorama work, but your skills with both are inspiring.
I have also got to mention that I noticed that the guy watering that bush has an impressive weapon - and I am not talking about the MP40 slung over his shoulder. He seems to pop up in all of your dioramas regardless of rank or unit - a humorous touch to serious work. Great stuff!
Lol......as i mentioned in the description, this one is a couple of years old and the figures got recycled recently for my Pz III dio 👍
Good evening. Nice diorama has you build. The woodenbridge is Highlight in this scene
Great work modelcomrade. Realy
Many thanks 👍
I like a vegetation on the bridge like moss and grass
Bloody hell Ian another level up brilliant as usual take care my friend 👍👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏👏✌️🐑😁😂
Very well done on all of it.

Awesome work man🔥🔥👍
Vraiment très belle réalisation! Bravooooo 👌 J'adore
Skills to spare!
Love it! Thanks mate.
Great diorama - great storytelling!👏👏 The way you get the figures to interact and 'make sense' is very inspiring. Good idea to make these condensed videos - I'm enjoying them, thanks. And - if you don't mind - who makes the motorcycle crew figures? Do they come with the combo or are they aftermarket? Cheers! 👍
Awesome, thank you 👍 .......... the motorcycle and the two figures are from a Master Box kit called 'Crossroad' - kit no MB3572 👍
@@CWModelling Nice one, thanks. 👍
Nice like this one like to see you do a nother me 262 the last one got me to get on with my four well done in this one
Thanks.......aircraft are few and far between I'm afraid
Outstanding work as always!
Wow, thanks 👍
Great!
genial le travail...mais un tigre de 60 tonnes..passer sur un simple pont de bois....ça me laisse dubitatif...mais je viens de decouvrir tes videos...et felicitation pour tous tes travaux...tu fais un super boulot de reproduction...bravo
Thanks for watching 👍....a well constructed wooden bridge is capable of supporting a lot of weight as timber is pretty strong in compression which is what the columns and struts will be in......and I checked with my father who is a Structural Engineer 😉.......You also have to remember that a Tigers tracks were designed to distribute the weight evenly........google 'wooden railway bridges'👍
Wow!!!
NICE NICE :)
Thanks 👍
Hi really admire the content you produce and how you present it, can you tell me what photo/ movie editor you use? Cheers....
Thanks 👍......I use the free version of Davinci Resolve and Photoshop

Great great great great great great great great job! Wow! The figures look so good with everything and the fact that you got it done so quickly! How long on average a day do you spend modeling? Also one thing, if the Russian tanker is still there, his tank must have been recently knocked out. The issue with that is the fact that it’s already rusty. Other than that, it’s epic! Have a nice day, happy modeling!
Thanks.......Rust is caused by oxidisation of the steel and is temperature dependant. Exposure to high temperatures in a fire can cause thermally enhanced oxidation of the steel, which means rust can form quicker than if the metal was just left outside 👍......also check out the finished pictures as the final effect was combined with soot and ash......as mentioned in the description, this one is a few years old now and took about 6 weeks
CW Modelling Thanks, I saw the final pictures, it’s amazing. I understand now, thanks for clearing that up! Have a great week
I started watching your videos few weeks ago and it reminded me of when I was doing military modeling. your work is amazing with so much detail and color.
I have a question the emblems of the division markings on the Tiger tank. Which SS division markings on the front plate by the machine gun port and what are the emblems on the turret and side of the hull.
Again amazing artistry and craftsmanship.
Thanks for watching👍.......the markings came with the Tiger kit but i don't remember what unit they are for........Someone else might leave an answer tho👍
Drill holes in palms to make them realistic.)
?
大師阿~登峰造極之作^^
Awesome. What paint did you use for your beige on the tiger 1?
If you mean for the Chinese decal, then I think it was either Tamiya Buff or Wooden Deck Tan, I can't quite remember tho 👍
CW Modelling My apologies. I meant for the over all tank, base beige color, Was it tamiya xf-60?
@@dominikst-hilaire4675 Ah, in that case maybe watch the video again.....around 3:05 might be a good start 😜
CW Modelling Lmao my bad! I will pay more attention next time! Cheers
🤐 😜 👍
Where you buy a bridge?
As you can see in the video I built it from scratch myself👍
@@CWModelling thank you, effect is amazing!
Do you ever sell any of your models.
No
Can you list the sites where I can find the German figures that are interrogating the Russian soldier? And the Russian soldier please:)
Sorry.....its figures from different kits mixed together, mostly Dragon and Miniart I think but it was a long time ago so I forget which kits......I buy all my figures from Ebay👍
So did the russian get killed?
I nice refreshing view of this Ian.
As for RUclips and their ridiculous policies.
