    Fantastic job, attention to detail is astounding. Me.... I've have put a hole in that tank to make it look like a 37mm shell had penetrated the side at close range. I wouldn't be able to resist it lol

    • @DIORAMUS-
      @DIORAMUS-  Год назад

      Thank you very much Freddie, I dont know for sure if the 37mm could penetrate a T-34, maybe from the side. 😁 Thanks for your Suggestion.

      @@DIORAMUS- TECHNICAL REPORT FROM THE 10th TANK DIVISION, AUGUST 1941
      For the T-34:
      Hull armor is penetrated at 300 to 400 meters by a 37-mm antitank round. Side armor is penetrated by a 20-mm antitank also 50mm PAK 38 could penetrate T34
      It is possible 👍🏻

    I have a photograph from my grandfather, where they captured a T-34 tank. Not sure if that was the tank he destroyed, but I keep his photo-album in his honour.
    I also built a Diorama from that photograph.

      Yes, there were red stars on different vehicles but with no regular schemes.

    is it possible to use water base paints diluted for airbrush for models

    • @DIORAMUS-
      @DIORAMUS-  11 месяцев назад

      All acrylic paints for scale modelling purposes are water based. You can dilute them with isopropyl alcohol, or special thinners. Look for Special Airbrush acrylic colours. There are a lot of manufacturers on the market.

    Die Plane an dem Panzer hast du nur mit einem Taschentuch und Leim geformt?

    • @DIORAMUS-
      @DIORAMUS-  Год назад +1

      Ja und anschließend mit angelöstem Reparaturspachtel versiegelt. Papiertaschentücher haben nach dem Trocknen eine rauhe Oberfläche. Dies kann man so ganz gut ausgleichen.

    ...and I always thought that German Wehrmacht-Uniforms were grey-green, but now I know better. Or perhaps your are colour-blind?

    • @DIORAMUS-
      @DIORAMUS-  Год назад

      😄😄 Maybe I am. In reality the colours have a more green tone, you are right. Fabric quality and coloring combined with weather conditions favor fading and bleeching very strongly. Here I decide to bleech the field grey/green to a more grey finish. The pictures don´t show the green base color perfectly because the lighting conditions were not perfect. I still work on this issue.
