I’m looking forward to our visit next week. Utilities cost sounds high for natural gas which is a must for us. In Chicago suburbs I paid much less for water, sewer and electric than here in Florida. Electric is probably similar but water and sewer are way high and I am sure that we used more water up north. Ultimately it will be the town and homes available that get us to move. I like some things here in Florida but I prefer trails and hills to palm trees and sand.

I always request average utility costs from the seller so the costs can vary but you'll get an estimate before purchasing!
