    I am very glad to see the preciseness, clarity, and evenness in your playing in these studies. You play them most beautifully and almost perfectly. I heard other recording and they usually take a much faster tempo which kind of drive most students away when they heard them for the first time. Maybe this is what Carl Czerny intended (Crochet = 144 or faster).

    Don't matter if it was programed or not. It's demonstrating how Czerny should sound. Wish I could play half that speed and half that clean.

    Ricordo quando studiavo tutta l' op. 299 ; erano però
    un po' più veloci come li suonavo. In questo modo sono preparatori alla velocità.
    Li ho insegnati a suonare a 3 studenti di pianoforte. Dopo ho dovuto abbandonare perché non avevo più tempo.

    Probably the hardest one in the book.

    • @mario54671
      @mario54671 10 лет назад

      Not entirely. Some parts involve you doing different things. Your hands may be doing chromatic scales at different points of the keyboard, so they're not exactly mirroring each other, like 43:17 and 44:13. Or like 43:46, where the hands are doing different things. The part at 43:31 isn't exactly easy either (at least, the way my Peters Edition's fingerings are)

    • @mario54671
      @mario54671 10 лет назад +2

      I don't see why people consider the Op. 299 ones easy. I found the Op. 740 ones easier. The Op. 299 ones require more engagement of the fingers. The Op. 299 ones seem easy, but you have to actually engage the muscles in the hands to play them properly. Otherwise, yeah, they'll seem easy, and you can learn the entire book and gain absolutely nothing from it.
      I've moved on from these, I'm just saying, going through Op. 299 and Op. 740, this was one of the tougher ones to learn. But I play it every day now.

    It's a quite correct version, not particularly fast. The instrument is not very nice, but it's naïve to tell that it deals with an electric piano and that the recording was programming has been accelerated. People saying that show they don't know a lot about piano playing or piano sound.If you want to listen to real velocity check out this link: m.ruclips.net/video/_cGBueqTEuU/видео.html which approaches quite a little bit closer to Czerny's own tempo indications

    Very nice, very neat, but in my opinion, too mechanical. Certainly, the beauty of the music can be percieved by an attentive, unbiased, listener, yet even Czerny has to be played with some inspiration and more expressivity. Or perhaps the real performer is a computer? Can a computer 'feel׳ the expressive meaning of harmonic progressins and structures?
