I love your insight! I thought I had a skin care routine down, and then I decided to try eliminating as much synthetic fragrance from my skin care as possible, and I have seen such a change! That, along with understanding ingredients better, has helped my sensitive skin sooo much. You and James Welsh have changed my skin, which has changed my self esteem (for the better)!

i think the way they edited the video made it seem like when she said “i already washed my face” and held up the makeup wipes, she was saying that she used the makeup wipes to wash her face. so i see how he would be confused but i agree with you!

I heard that Green Tea and Lemon Water is good for the skin. Can you maybe make a video about foods or drinks that are helpful for the skin? Thank you!
My derm told me that sugar, cured meats and processed food aren’t good for your organs, so they are not good for the skin. The skin is your largest organ. So any minimally processed whole food with healthy fats is good for the skin. Alcohol and sugar in moderation (few times per week at most).

I can tell Hyram’s videos have really educated me on skin care because the other day I was looking at this sheet mask in the store and saw one that was supposed to be really hydrating but the 2nd ingredient was denatured alcohol and I was like hell no that’s not going to be hydrating that’ll just strip my skin 😂😂

Hi Hyram, hope all is well. I absolutely love all your videos and I've learned a lot about how to take care of my skin because of you. I had a question about using an acid with peptides. I currently use the drunk elephant polypeptide cream everyday am/pm and wanted to incorporate the mandelic acid from the ordinary into my routine. Because I would only use the acid at night, I wanted to get some feedback on whether I should use a different moisturizer when I plan on using the acid or is using both products together ok. -and maybe eye pacthes some days :)

I just keep wishing RUclips was a thing from when I was a teen, I guess I'm quite lucky this has started in my early 20s so there's still time! A lot of damage has been done although though from popping black heads (varicose veins have shown up on my face?) And as a teen I used to spray my mums perfume onto a cotton pad and drench my face in it, to 'get rid of spots' 😅😅😅😅😅

The sunscreen is clearly the Neutrogena Invisible Daily Defense Face SERUM. Fairly new line. She probably confused the name because there is a mist version. This is a very thin sunscreen that is great for oily skin ala LRP Shaka Fluid. It might be the edit but it looks like she only used 2 pumps. In my own measurements 4 pumps are needed to get 1/4 tsp.
