Regarding the Glycerene product that says it’s preservative free: if it is an anhydrous system (no water in the formula) it doesn’t need any preservatives. Only products with water content can grow bacteria and mold since the water is the “food” for that growth. Traditionally most anhydrous products are preservative free :))

@@roooose16 Oh I know that. It's just a lot of people talk women, in particular like they have passed their shelf life after thirty. Like how old do people think women in their early thirties actually look? At 13:50 he's so shocked that she 'doesn't age'' but... she's really not old at all. Love his content in general and he seems like a very genuine person, I just think skincare in your late 20's to mid-thirties is more about prevention/upping the protection game/using retinol. There's usually not a whole lot to 'undo' yet unless there has been some extreme circumstances in someone's life or health.

either way u have to re-apply sunscreen, even over makeup. ppl recommend a spray face sunscreen to use over makeup when u re-apply

i use that same setting sunscreen spray after makeup but i use sunblock after my moisturizer too. better safe than sorry

I’ve been told I look like Hilary duff literally my entire life haha but just as heads up.. she’s aged well because she’s not old. People in the twenties need to realize that you don’t become an old lady by your 30s. I can tell you not much aging happened between 25 and 33 (my current age)

I always wash my hands before I start my skincare. I lover her. I hope you watch Younger. I just put my toner and essence in my hands and pat them in. I do have reusable cotton rounds, because I use the bioderma hydrating micellar water as my morning cleanser.

Hyram should come out with a skincare sub box of all his favorite/approved brands. I love skincare and would love to try a subscription to test different products but want to know they are Hyram approved. Would be cool to then have a quiz that then caters it to your skin type each month!

Since this appears to be a morning routine the fact that she didn’t cleanse is not that unusual really. Many people only cleanse once a day at the end of the day to remove makeup and sunscreen.
Agreed, but she does say that she sleeps with her face against pillow... if she doesn’t have a clean pillowcase every night, I think, it’s better to cleanse a little bit more than just toner...
Well, just talking in general based on my experience, I do cleanse because God knows how dirty my pillowcase gets overnight cause of skin oils. I also change my pillowcase every 2 days...
I only cleanse at night. Just tone in the morning. It makes a huge difference in my oil production because my skin doesn’t get dehydrated and over produce.

You always have to clean your skin. Always.
Yes it’s true that you don’t have to cleanse in the morning. Hyram, James Welsh and Dr Dray all say if you don’t want to cleanse in the morning you can just splash water on your face. Whereas if it’s summer or if you have more oily skin, then it’s probably better to cleanse in the morning as well as the evening.

This is true, especially for dry skin. That being said, if you are a drooler or sleep with something like a diffuser or humidifier next to your bed, a simple gentle cleanser is a good idea.

I WAS the Lizzie McGuire days haha! I was into it ALL! Her music (saw her live in Jan ‘06, with my parents and sister who’s 2 hrs younger than me) I was only 10. Loved all the movies she was in and watching her on Lizzie! I miss her! Those were the good days! I’m a ‘95 baby!

Washing my face in the morning is more important bc my face was under the covers , pillows etc all night so it gets more "dirt" when I'm sleeping than during the day. 🤔

I need help guys! I have watched some of Hyram's videos and I don't have time to watch them all because I have many exams so please if someone here can help me just reply❤️ I want to get a skin routine. I have normal and maybe combination skin sometimes. I have not had a skin routine before. I can't buy expensive products maybe something under or near 10$. I have closed comedones on my forehead and on my chin. I don't want to have a routine with many products since I don't want to ruin my skin. Can someone please help me?
