The word “gua” in gua sha is the word that means “to scrape”. It is only in recent years that I have heard people using gua sha to lift/firm up the face. I have also related gua sha to scraping shoulders or down the back to release tension and build up for stagnant blood to ease pain.
Actually using Jojoba oil it's the only thing that got rid of my acne! I guess it depends a lot on the people, I would say it's better to try and learn if it's good for you
Jojoba oil is WAY better for acne prone skin then olive oil though, as it's the oil that most closely resembles our natural sebum. So it makes sense that that helped you! I'm going to guess she would've reacted quite a bit differently if Chloe had used that oil first instead of olive oil.
Hi! Although the box and description say makeup wipes (and the brand does make actual makeup wipes) the towels are really just biodegradable paper towels. You can use them with micellar water or something to remove your makeup so that’s why they advertise them as such, but the towels don’t have any substance in them, the wipes do.
Azelaic acid changed my life (in the morning), added to my retinoid night time routine. I tried everything for my adult cystic acne! Now all I need is drugstore cleansers etc, and my Avene or LRP scar fluid/gel and my Software prescription. Love love love!!
@@20thcenturyrelic same! I was so spoiled with great skin and little work to get it in my youth, and then after my second child (or maybe an age 34 thing) I started getting rosacea with redness and the small pimples all over my cheeks. I tried cutting everything, using the most basic and not basic routines, nothing worked. Got the azelaic acid script (I think 15%) and it took like no time to clear up my rosacea! Lifesaver ingredient!
@@Brittainy89 I had about 10 years of good skin between acne and rosacea. The rosacea wasn't a surprise because my mom had it. (The same dermatologist treated us both.) A topical treatment with sulfur helped her. I tried it, and it did nothing for me and made my face peel. Metrocream helped, but I was still red. But the azelaic acid has done wonders for me!

Ketoconazole and zinc pyrithione should be in your routine. do not have any oils in your routine, apart from that do the basic cleanse, moisturize, spf.

I used Acutane and all I got was horrendously dry skin and like, nothing happened to my acne. Turns out I didn't have that bad of acne, I had rosacea and what I (and apparently the derm I was seeing) thought was acne, was just rosacea bumps. Got on rosacea/acne meds and it got way more under control.
I use The Ordinary’s Caffeine Solution under my eyes and around my mouth/smile lines in the morning instead of an actual eye cream. It works wonderfully🤩👍🏻
THANK YOU for debunking the pillow and towel myth! My acne is hormonal and I also suffer from PMDS so I am on birth control, but since I still have a period, it doesn't get rid of it completely.
The towel and pillow case is absolutely true. Everyone is different and some people get acne breakouts for different reasons. Like Accutane really works but in my case a year later gave me seizures. All of the products that Cassandra recommends didn’t work for me, like I said everyone is different so my skin routine is very simple now, vitamin C and a light moisturizer keeps my face acne free but I also have to take seizure pills because Accutane causes brain swelling for some people.
@@lovequinn6782 I don't have bad acne, I used to have medium acne, hormonal (accompanied with periods lasting 2 weeks, then 3 months nothing). It was horrible. I hated it. I managed to get out of it by starting a skincare routine MUCH LIGHTER than expected. I needed less moisturizer. I needed to drop The hydrating serum and stick to niacinamide. And the most interesting part for me - after my hormones were fine, the acne stayed for an extra 4 YEARS. Then I had these really painful massive clumps of oily pus under my skin that wouldn't create a cyst, but form a painful horn on my forhead or on my shoulders. I started retinol regularly. Gone. Nothing with the sheets, pillows and not suffocating my skin w makeup, nothing with washing towels constantly helped. Crazy is, my acne-prone friend is a COMPLETE different story. Washing sheets and changing towels super often was the only way to keep her skin clear. It is crazy how each acne type is so different. Btw, I also developed milia due to a moisturizer I was told would be great for me by a friend w similar skin. She never had issues, my undereyes were totaly not fine. Switched to The Ordinary Natural Moisturizing Factors + HA one - and I love it. My other friend? HATES THIS. It's crazy to me how different acne experiences can br. Mind you my acne was tightly connected to my fucked up hormones and it wasn't a sever case or anything. It was just annoying and painful. Also, over the years, it migrated from my forhead mainly to my cheeks which I find interesting.
As an esthetician that uses a Gua sha to jazz up my facial massages, thank you for educating on the history of Gua sha! It’s so incredible and I love sharing that knowledge with my clients! 💜
@@exodialc1277 SKII is bullshit. It doesn't really do anything There are budget friendly CoQ-10 serums that work just as well if not better than the $90 ones

Doesn't mean they are amazing just due to the price. She's simply saying there are better options for almost comparable, if not better prices as with comparable or even better ingredients
I own the Clean Skin towels, and they are not makeup wipes. They are like super soft paper towels that you can use in a bunch of different ways. I use them instead of cotton rounds with my bioderma and to dry my face. Makes it soft and not feel dried out.

Hi, I second this request…my daughter is struggling with acne (17). She stresses over her school work and mindlessly picks at her face and hair as well. I am trying my best to remind her not to touch her face (exposing her skin to oils and bacteria) but she is struggling to listen. Thank you Cassie!
Hi and hello! I happen to be an 17 year old who suffered really badly with acne myself so in the meantime I thought I might let you know what I use! Of course, not everyone has the same type of acne but these suggestions should help regardless, they really are universal. Remember than acne fighting ingredients tend to be really harsh so please do not introduce all of these products in at once! Cleanser 1 (only really needed if they wear makeup or sunscreen) - Oil based cleanser without fragrance! I really like basic drugstore brands for my skincare so see if cerave, cetaphil, aveeno, QV, or whatever alternative you might have where you live. Cleanser 2 - Benzoyl peroxide cleanser. PanOxyl and Benzac make really good ones, but make sure you massage it into the fash for at least a minute but no more than 2 minutes, not 30 seconds like the bottles say. It has acne-bacteria fighting properties to prevent new acne from forming. Treatment - Tretinoin. This is a prescription product and is often very expensive, however, I buy mine straight from the manufacturer via AllDayChemist for dirt cheap because the pharmacy hasn't gotten their markup on it yet. Use a pea size amount for the whole face and let fully dry for 5 minutes at least before moving on to moisturizer. Moisturizer - With damp hands, I apply a very basic, no bells or whistles, and 100% fragrance free drugstore BODY moisturizer. Again, look for one from cerave, cetaphil, aveeno, QV, or whatever alternative you might have where you live, but make sure it has no other active ingredients (this is why I recommend a body moisturizer). Oil - Rosehip seed oil. Although your child is suffering with acne and is probably dead afraid of oils I promise you that Benzoyl peroxide and Tretinoin will quickly dry them out, and a good acne-preventing oil like rosehip seed oil is a really good option to finish off the routine. You don't need more than 3 drops for your face and neck. I hope this helped! Please let me know if you have any questions 😊
Hi Cassandra, thanks for the video! That top you're wearing is very becoming! The colors are excellent on you. There's nothing wrong with "natural" skin care, but it's not necessarily better, and it's often heavily scented, which is bad for everybody's skin. And I don't quite understand using oil on oily skin, but OK, if you're using a water based cleanser after it, it's probably not doing any harm. I started seeing a dermatologist for acne and eczema when I was 15 and followed his advice religiously, so I never did some of these far out things to my face. I can understand the desperation though; I remember it well. I do remember using Avon Clear Skin cleaning grains on my face before I saw the derm, which is probably the craziest thing I ever did. And rubbing alcohol, or an astringent with it, but this was back in the 70s, and we didn't know any better.
I'm sorry I don't want to dwell on this, but I know you did not just admit to using *URINE* on your face sis 💀💀💀- like whoever was responsible for influencing that needs to be held accountable NEOW.
When I had recurrent MRSA (it looks like painful, swollen red cystic acne that is fever hot to the touch, but it’s a staph infection that’s resistant to some antibiotics), my doctor told me to wash my hands in hibiclens and don’t reuse towels. Dr also said to buy white undies and white towels and wash them in bleach and hot water. I bought a bunch of white pillowcases and changed them out frequently - washing them in bleach and hot water. Shew crazy times trying to battle MRSA. 😢😂
Wait until Cassandra turns 40 and suddenly your face cream is not enough for your dry under eyes. I've been combination type my whole life but now I have dry skin, I need more help. Retinol is too strong for my under eyes so I just use it for my face. I use an eye cream with hyaluronic acid, caffeine, shea butter and rosehip included. It makes such a difference.
I’m 36 and going through that now. I use my typical moisturizer (combo of squalane & Vaseline), but I’m on the lookout for something with more umph. Unfortunately I have bad allergies, so finding something else is difficult. My skin went from an oil slick to slightly dry when I entered my 30s. Had to completely change my routine.
@@coya8coy I also started using Vaseline at night. I use my eye cream or Palmers Vitamin E Concentrated Cream first, (it's fragrance free, no artificial colours, no animal testing, no parabens but has lots of other oils included, with no irritation on my sensitive eyes) and then I use the Vaseline to seal the oils in. In winter I do it for my whole but it's Spring here, so I only do it for my under eyes. Maybe give it a try?
You have no idea how much you've helped me.. As kid ,i always thought that if i wanted to get a celebrity skin ..i would need to "invest" a lot in my skin care which wasn't possible.. but you've changed my perspective!!
I used oils on my skin for years! Lol now I know it’s a no no. I switched my routine and I’m actually now using face reality since I developed face acne. The acne is a new change in my hormones, but under control! 😅
There's nothing wrong with oils if you have dry skin, or normal skin that's dry in cold weather. Oily skin doesn't need them though. One of the biggest skin care myths is that oily skin needs to be moisturized! Skin only needs to be moisturized if it feels dry. Before I took Accutane, I didn't need moisturizer on my terribly oily face!
Well seeing that she’s only 25 years old, I’m sure her skin looks great because of her age and her money. I’m sure she has access to help in ways that other people don’t. And that’s why she can afford to both the price and the ingredients onto her skin.
I guess I am the odd one out. From my own dermatologist, I use oil cleansing, my mix that took a while to figure out. I am allergic to many of of the coconut-derived chemicals in cleansers and have psoriasis. With heavy scrutiny, we've figured out how to keep other beneficials in my routine. At almost 50, I spent most of my life thinking it was largely acne, when it was really an allergic reaction. The last two years of oil cleansing I've been much clearer, still oily, but more balanced. And yes I do have hormonal acne flair ups. I still enjoy all the videos. This a favorite channel. I learn lots and always have question to ask my dermatologist how all this relates to my challenges.
For me out of curiosity since teenage years, I decided to buy one after looking at my salary budget😆(size 70ml, small) It’s actually beneficial for fine lines and to even skin tone. It’s not targeted for acne/breakout skin, but if you have acne scars or dark spots, it helps to lighten the colour. Not gonna heal overnight, for my skin it takes 1 month for real result. My skin feels smooth over 1 week which is good, but it takes longer for scars/spots. Different skin, different result. It works for me but I chose other alternatives which is more affordable and has the same ingredient, galactomyces. It’s good for skin but too expensive…
Living Libations is the brand of the grapefruit thing she uses. I have another bottle of one of their products. Good quality stuff.. thought I’d use it on my face but I don’t because it’s all oil.
Clean make up club are not wipes they’re soft clean towels. I use them to dry my face and it made a HUGE difference. They’re biodegradable and I absolutely love them. Also, the acne may “jump off of the pillow” but using a dirty pillow case, holding a dirty phone up to your face, or using a dirty towel to dry your face it absolutely can cause dirty to transfer to the face and cause a breakout.
Are they truly biodegradable? Cause half the stuff advertised as biodegradable actually isn’t or needs specific conditions to biodegrade, which won’t be happening if the user just throws them in the trash bin. So that still sounds like a lot of unnecessary waste that could be avoided by simply changing towels on a daily and washing them inbetween. Like get 7 towels for your face and wash them once a week.
Hi Cassandra, Yep, I totally agree with you. I bought a few travel-sized products from Barbara Sturm a couple of years ago, they were good, but the prices are disproportionate when it comes to INCI. But I had to try it 🙃 first and last time😎
It’s been recurring on me lately and it sucks! Also I think I’m allergic to ketoconzaole which the derm gave me to use to make it go away. So that’s fun. Cetaphil gave me horrible fungal acne!
I use the Inkey List Retinol! After integrating it into my skincare, it really helped w my skin, it is less bumpy and honestly my entire shift to niacinamide and retinol serums SAVED my face!
I had dreadful acne in my 30's. Very, very oily skin, only got flaky skin on my forehead, but the ZITS!! I started using Burt's Bees Orange Essence Gel Cleanser, the main ingredient being OLIVE OIL of all things. I was skeptical (I don't tote natural products!), but it was like it *literally* washed the pimples off my face, my skin was soft and NOT oily at all! It didn't give me rebound oil, it was like my skun finally felt balanced. I'm 51 now, still use it, and I get a lot of compliments of my lack of wrinkles. I spot treat any zits with tea tree oil, other than that, I don't do much else.
I got a big sample of those sun drops in a beauty calendar a few years ago. Those were the first sunscreen that did not break me out. Can not justify the price tho, and have luckily found a murad sunscreen that does not break me out!😄👍🏼
When she says, "Oil begets oil," I'm pretty sure she was saying that using olive oil regularly has made her skin naturally produce more oil and become more normal rather than bone dry. I don't think there's any evidence for topical oil leading to your skin producing more oil, but Hollywood isn't exactly the beacon of good skincare science. Olive oil has been shown in some studies to increase transepidermal water loss, so it's actually not a very good moisturizer overall, and if someone insists on slathering a pure oil on their face, there are better ones you could use. I really wish this "natural is better" mindset would die though. Chloe seems like the sweetest person ever, and I'm glad whatever she's doing is working for her. But I hate imagining all the folks out there with a tight budget spending hundreds of dollars to copy her routine because they're desperate to resolve their acne issues. Just keep it simple and stick with boring-ass skincare with active ingredients that get the job done 😑
Yes, I wish the "natural is better" myth would die! "Natural" products generally have preservatives in them, even if they claim they don't, and are usually heavily scented with "natural" fragrances that are just as hard on the skin as artificial ones.
Cassandra..really enjoy your videos. I was wondering if you could review and/or comparison between traditional micro needling vs Medicube’s Age-R needle less micro needling vs the Spa sciences Sora Micro needle Pen (which is only $39.99!). I think the results would be super interesting and I haven’t seen anyone do this exact comparison. Thanks again for your informative and honest reviews!❤

That being said , the new Cassandra , the educated Cassandra is a blast !! Makes me happy and kind of proud , science is not a monster is life ! Good job buddy
Cassandra! I would love for you to review Elf’s new acne skincare line! I’ve tried a few of the products and they all contain Tranexamic acid for acne scarring alongside salicylic!
I had the same problem, using a towel would make me break out on my cheek, it wasn't because the towel was dirty and had bacteria but because it dried me up too much so my skin reacted that way. As soon as I stopped drying my face with a towel I stopped breaking out, I now only pat my skin dry and basically use a towel only on my eyebrows and hairline
I didn't broke out because of my towel. But nowadays, just like you said, I only use my towel on my hairline. And because of that, my skin is more hydrated.
I use the Living Libations neroli oil as my first step cleanser on days I wanna feel boogie 😂 i really enjoy it, probably wouldn’t have used it if I was still with active breakouts though
When I was in college in Japan they were doing a campaign towards uni students, and my acne skin was destroyed 😭😭 and their beauty assistant was like, it will be perfect for you!!😂 found another brand that cured my skin but SK2 gives me chills😂
As for the towels and pillowcases myth: Her towels could have been breaking her out due to other types of bacteria. I notice it in my own skin: when it’s been a while since I’ve changed my towels and pillowcases, my skin becomes more clogged up (nothing in my routine changes) and when I finally put on a fresh pillowcase and a fresh towel is hung up, my skin clears up within 2 days. Mind you, I have very curly hair and I use a lot of cream on my hair, so I know some of that gets on my pillow. Same goes for all the oil my face produces when I sleep (sometimes when I wake up, my nose is so oily I can glide my finger across it and I’ll feel like jello) So simply from personal experience, I’ll side with Chloe on this one. Also, it might be the Italian in me, but Olive oil is great for your hair and body. Maybe not for your entire face (although it’s great for your eyes and eyelashes) + I’ve never used Living Libations but I’ve heard AMAZING things about this brand from a bunch of Canadian RUclipsrs (one of whom has struggled with horrible cystic acne)
Accutane was like a miracle to me, but...after taking it, I do have very dry skin on my face and body, and very dry lips. My scalp pre Accutane was also very oily, as in, I had to shampoo twice (once a day) to get all the oil out. Now, it's dry, but not terribly dry. I'd rather deal with all this than the oily skin and scalp and cystic acne I used to have, but YMMV. To paraphrase something my mom used to say, whatever you do, you're going to have problems to deal with. It's a question of deciding which set of problems you want to have.
I LOOOVE Weleda's skin food body butter for the texture and smell and their lip butter is my holy grail lip balm. So nourishing and more comfortable on the lips than Vaseline as someone with texture and taste issues. Love Vaseline but if I can take one where the taste won't bother me I'll take that one 😂
Four years ago a dermatologist told me that Accutane was going to clear my skin and I'll never have problem skin again...after being off of the medication for maybe two months I started breaking out again.
I will literally break out if I eat something with pesto and it dribbles down my mouth. I must avoid olive (and coconut though I use that on my body). Squalane, rose hip, jojoba and argan oil are the only ones I use on my face.
I thought I was the only one! I use it in the autumn and winter, but I have to hold my breathe for the smell 🫠 Never heard anyone complain about the scent other than myself 😅
I know right?? I’ve never seen anyone mention this, but the scent made me sick when I tried to use it. I saw people suggesting to use it on your lips and I can’t imagine trying that 😭
Hey Cassandra! I would love to hear you review the brand Beautycounter. They are a clean beauty brand and I would love to hear your thoughts on the brand, the products, maybe the mission, and the prices. Great video!
BUT the single use face towel, NO sustainability wise, great that it will bio degrade but so would a cotton towel that u can clean and use many times. It is not sustainable to use something one time and toss it SERIOUSLY it doesn't work that way. The way something is produced is more important than its death cycle. It is more sustainable to purchase something that will be used many times. The resources that go into a product are more intensive on the planet.
Essential oils are 100% not bullshit ... but yeah they aren't gonna freaking CURE all your life problems... I find them to be amazing for sore throats, tooth aches ... and other stuff too =]
The two doctors on the Doctorly videos, don’t like Olive oil for your skin, Also I’ve seen commercials on class action lawsuits for people who took accutane & suffered health Issues. In Korean skin care, when you use this Double Cleanse method, you use an oil cleanser first on dry skin & then cleanse with a water based cleanser. No, the rice cleanser is very refined & soft. Tatcha sells several of these dry Rice cleansers for different skin types. I refer you to the videos by Peach & Lily, where the founder demos her morning routine. I’ve seen The acne products from Peach Slices at Walmart now. They are really starting to carry more Korean brands, at cheaper prices & they work.😉
Hi Cassandra could you comment if citrus peel oils are photosensitizing in skincare? Like I’ve had legit dark stains whenever I didn’t wash well after handling citrus and going out in the sun, and I’m baffled so many skincare products include these. I am crazy? Is it a matter of concentration? Thanks for all you do! ❤🎃 P.s I do appreciate how you strive to be inclusive, culturally aware and like your tidbits of language and history mini lessons ;)
I've read that citrus peel oils do indeed cause photosensitivity, but, I don't have a link for that. I would suggest Googling for that information. As to why skin care products include them, I believe Cassandra said in this video that grapefruit oil can brighten the ski. My guess though is, it's for the nice smell!

It totally fixed my flaky and scabby scalp, and it’s a very light oil so I’d imagine it would be comfortable enough for a beard. Plus I’m very acne prone myself and it never broke out my hairline or anything :) actually some of the ingredients in it have antibacterial/antifungal properties so it could even help with that.
Unless you were giving out free Australian gold SPF 50 tinted sunscreen some of us cannot financially afford to reapply sunscreen every day but only use it once a day

I guess life saver is a bit dramatic 😂 but life changing for sure!
Cassandra, I've been binge-watching your videos for the past few months; I absolutely ADORE you!!! Thank you for educating us on the science of skin. I've never suffered from acne, rather extremely dry skin, but I still feel a part of your skintellectual family! Your personality, sense of humor, and the way you break everything down for us less educated folk makes you my absolute favorite to watch!! You're changing more lives than you realize! THANK YOU for the work you do!!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
It would be a dream come true if you did a full fungal acne routine for someone who can't use SO many products ):!
Oh yes!! I have Fungal Acne and I had to do research on my own because there's only a few videos about it.
Ketoconazole and zinc pyrithione should be in your routine. do not have any oils in your routine, apart from that do the basic cleanse, moisturize, spf.
@@person2194 Yes thankyou!! I've read all this and fixed my acne but maintaining is hard. Also, no one can ever reccomend good oils, serums, toners etc it's always like 20 products only that we can work with ):

I used Acutane and all I got was horrendously dry skin and like, nothing happened to my acne. Turns out I didn't have that bad of acne, I had rosacea and what I (and apparently the derm I was seeing) thought was acne, was just rosacea bumps. Got on rosacea/acne meds and it got way more under control.
Loving that be minimalist is receiving so much love . I can actually validate that. Very affordable for Indian skin care market and works like magic
Yes please sunscreens on a budget for acne-prone skin!
Someone seems to use your name. I send a message to RUclips!
Cerave mineral spf 50 works for me but because it is a mineral sunscreen, it does leave a white cast if you have darker skin.

I own the Clean Skin towels, and they are not makeup wipes. They are like super soft paper towels that you can use in a bunch of different ways. I use them instead of cotton rounds with my bioderma and to dry my face. Makes it soft and not feel dried out.

Hey Cassie, please do a skin care acne prone skin for teenagers. My 17 year old is struggling with this skin condition 🙏
Omg yess😆
When I had recurrent MRSA (it looks like painful, swollen red cystic acne that is fever hot to the touch, but it’s a staph infection that’s resistant to some antibiotics), my doctor told me to wash my hands in hibiclens and don’t reuse towels.
Dr also said to buy white undies and white towels and wash them in bleach and hot water. I bought a bunch of white pillowcases and changed them out frequently - washing them in bleach and hot water. Shew crazy times trying to battle MRSA. 😢😂
I also had it and it's sooo annoying 😭
get well soon xx
Oh wow, I'm sorry you had to deal with this.

It’s good for skin but too expensive…
i KNEW you would pick this one apart lmao honestly here for it
Living Libations is the brand of the grapefruit thing she uses.
The face slapping after saying " eat the grapefruit" KILLED MEEE LMAOOOOOO💗💗💗
Hi Cassandra, Yep, I totally agree with you. I bought a few travel-sized products from Barbara Sturm a couple of years ago, they were good, but the prices are disproportionate when it comes to INCI. But I had to try it 🙃 first and last time😎
could you pleasssee do another fungal acne video?💗
It’s been recurring on me lately and it sucks! Also I think I’m allergic to ketoconzaole which the derm gave me to use to make it go away. So that’s fun.
Cetaphil gave me horrible fungal acne!
I use the Inkey List Retinol! After integrating it into my skincare, it really helped w my skin, it is less bumpy and honestly my entire shift to niacinamide and retinol serums SAVED my face!
Hi, could you please do a video about skin cycling?
Yes! Please! I have recently heard this term and was curious.
"I'm gonna go, live... " is THE best outro 😆😁👌
Can not justify the price tho, and have luckily found a murad sunscreen that does not break me out!😄👍🏼
Have you tried the ZitSticka one? It’s pretty great!
When eye cream is mentioned, I immediately know what will happen next 😂
If she’s using EVOO and it’s not breaking her out I guess the accutane worked for her despite her not thinking so.
Or the olive oil works for her?
@@missbeaussie or the accutane did as she did that first.
@@LilSarahDarling I'm pretty sure she would know if that worked given she would still have acne before she tried the oil

OK, yeah, another comment...Emilio Estevez is Martin Sheen's son, and Charlie Sheen's brother. He's an actor who had some fame in movies in the 80s.

When she said you can screenshot this? I did. 😂
Yes please, I really need a budget proof skincare routine for acne proof😅
As for the towels and pillowcases myth:
Her towels could have been breaking her out due to other types of bacteria. Same goes for all the oil my face produces when I sleep (sometimes when I wake up, my nose is so oily I can glide my finger across it and I’ll feel like jello)
So simply from personal experience, I’ll side with Chloe on this one.
Also, it might be the Italian in me, but Olive oil is great for your hair and body. Maybe not for your entire face (although it’s great for your eyes and eyelashes)
+ I’ve never used Living Libations but I’ve heard AMAZING things about this brand from a bunch of Canadian RUclipsrs (one of whom has struggled with horrible cystic acne)
When I watched Chloe's video, after the eye cream quote I knew this one was going to be reviewed by Cassandra 😂
Please do the budget friendly video on this!!!! 🤍
if it works for her, then what's the problem, olive oil is totally fine on some skin types

I really love Weleda’s skin food moisturizer, but the scent is overwhelming. Even when used as a hand cream it’s a lot of fragrance.

As to why skin care products include them, I believe Cassandra said in this video that grapefruit oil can brighten the ski. My guess though is, it's for the nice smell!

Hey l'm a New Zealander, we don't have any ozone layer over here at all, and our sunscreen is MORE expensive than in Australia - but I've had friends and family die from melanoma and you best be believing that applying sunscreen multiple times a day is cheaper than DYING. Even for people like me on a fixed income
You can probably buy some in bulk off Amazon or something
depending on where you live you might be able to find some good skincare products with sunscreen at Ross and TJ Max, that’s where I go to get my hair and skin products they have some high end options for much cheaper.
I get my body sunscreen at the dollar store and their options are usually just overstock and safe to use.
Weleda is SUPER popular with celebrities and makeup artists
Hi Cassandra Could you do a video on products you can advise for resplenishing the skin barrier and also what are the signs of a damaged skin barrier ? I feel like this word is used a lot but I’m not sure If I have it
Great video as usual 😊💖
But... 😳😳
Emilio Estevez is Charlie Sheen's brother! He's from the best cult movies.... The Mighty Ducks 1, 2 & 3? The Breakfast Club? Men At Work? Young Guns 1 & 2? St Elmo's Fire? The Outsiders?
She doesn’t seem to know who anyone is 😳 I don’t understand it but I guess she’s not a TV/movie watcher 🤷♀️
@@joannesmith6920 I think that's part of it, and I believe she's under 30. Emilio Estevez hasn't really been in the news much since the 80s and 90s.
@@20thcenturyrelic true, but she sometimes doesn’t even know popular celebs from now, but it is what it is, we don’t follow her for her celebrity in the knows. Lol
sorry but when I put olive oil on my face as a moisturizer it gave me a lot of acne
