      Don't add Maggie masala if you trying to be healthy it has some unhealthy stuff, You can easily check some youtube cooking videos for soya chunks and copy their masala. It is much more healthy, especially if you are going to gym, focusing on ur fitness etc. I used to Eat Maggie everyday now I stopped. 😭😭😭

    Besan 100gm = 25 gm protein
    Soya chunks 50gm = 25 gm
    Total 50gm
    Can we fry together with masala namak oil and consume half-half two times in a day.

      It'll taste good but not healthy. The main reason for eating soya chunks is for its high protein and low in fat and carbs but if we fry/deep fry, it'll be of no use because it contains more fat.
