[Mugen] Sukuna Heian resprites 99%

- In this version, I added a bar that limits domain usage. You can only activate the domain when the bar is full. If Black Flash is triggered, it will speed up the bar's process, and the bar will gradually deplete while the domain is active. If the bar empties, the domain will shut down. You can use Black Flash to extend the bar's duration. I’ve also limited the domain’s attack range to give opponents a chance to escape if the stage is wide enough. Additionally, there’s a counter mechanic and some minor tweaks. From now, I will finalize Sukuna’s AI.

Honestly, this is sick as hell. I might actually prefer this over Inseph Sukuna. If I had to say though, Domain Expansion could use some work.
i think the DE is already perfect, definitely better than the old one. But if I have to agree, I'll say it'd be nice to be able to freely move in the DE after 3 or 5 seconds
@@aktzin0422 I think it’s just really flat. Probably would get a lot more out of better sound design (I don’t mean music), a light screen shake, and maybe more prominent slash effect on the actual target.
This is amazing, I’m so happy you’ve gotten this far on the mugen. I remember when the original char was still in development, all the way until now. You’ve done amazing work on this char, and I am extremely grateful. I will continue to support you. (I know it says 99% done but I would love to see you develop this char even more, and I would be willing to donate)
