I think Megumi should have a mechanic where he can only summon Mahoraga if he have very low HP. It would also be interresting, for the sake of gameplay, if this Megumi in base have all the other 9 Shikigamis, including the ones we didn't got to see him using (like Piercing Ox or Tranquil Deer).
